International Shorts is a year round film festival which screens selected movies at the end of each season (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter). Best of the Festival films will be screened at Business Factory in Castelldefels, Catalonia, Spain

All selected films for each year will be eligible for Awards for:

Best Short Film
Best Director
Best Screenplay
Best Climax
Best Animated Short
Best Narrative Short
Best Short of the Season (4 Awards)

Genre: Comedy, Drama and Animations are welcome to submit.

Time: We screen films from 30 seconds to up to 15 minutes (including all credits)

Completion Date: Films must have been completed after January 1, 2023

Language: All non-English language films must have English subtitles

Online Screener: We accept only Online submissions

For subtitles for official selections, SRT files are not accepted. We would request you to hardcode english subtitles

Directors of selected films will be invited for a recorded skype interview to be played at the Festival (not required, but highly recommended)

For submissions made by distributors, please make sure that you have the right to screen your film at this festival as we do not pay screening fees
