The festival is of NATIONAL scope, except the publicity pieces that are accepted that are INTERNATIONAL with subtitles in Castilian.

Short films of fiction, documentary and animation, originals or adaptations, with a maximum duration of 25 minutes and free theme.

The organization will evaluate all the proposals received in the same way.

To participate in the official section, the works must have been produced since January 1, 2017.

The short films may be shot in any language. Entries must be submitted in their original version with subtitles in Spanish or Valencian.

The deadline for submission and registration will be March 8, 2019.

The registration of the short films will be made through one of the following platforms:

Each participant may submit as many works as they wish.

Fiction, animation and documentary short films
The early registration fee will be € 5.50 until February 24 (included).

The late registration fee will be € 12, from February 25 to March 8.

The section of shorts directed by students is exempt from fee payment.

Advertising pieces
The early registration fee will be € 20 until February 24.
The late registration fee will be € 35, from February 25 to March 8.

All the received documentation will become part of the festival archive.

The organization will pay all the short films selected in the competitive section, the amount of € 200 as payment per selection.

All prizes will be subject to the corresponding IRPF withholdings.

The Festival pre-selection committee will choose the works that will be considered selected for the final competition and will be informed to their authors for their knowledge and to send a new copy for the public screening.

The jury will be composed of three personalities from the cinematographic field selected by the Festival's management committee and will be responsible for awarding the prizes.
The jury's decision is final.

Prizes will be paid by bank transfer PRIOR PRESENTATION OF AN OFFICIAL INVOICE, in favor of the individual or legal entity that has made the registration or is directly linked to the registered item in question, being subject to the legal withholdings established by the current law. The trophies and awards will be collected at the final gala by the director, producer or relevant person of the artistic cast of each one of the award-winning shorts and in no case will they be sent by mail.

The jury reserves the right to deliver as many special mentions as it deems appropriate and may declare the prizes void.

The author or owner will maintain his intellectual right and will be within his competence as long as they are not subject to any legal responsibility or that there are no rights to third parties. The presentation of a short film to SKYLINE entails, on the part of the selected participants, the non-exclusive assignment of the material to the organizing entities for their use in the different activities programmed with the sponsors of the festival.

The registration implies the acceptance of these bases.
Any issue not foreseen in the bases will be resolved by the organization of the festival.
These bases are subject to possible modifications and / or annexes for reasons beyond the control of the organization.
