FICTION shorts, being any gender, or thematic properties, and performed by people of all nationalities and ages.

- SANTURTZI SECTION
To participate in the Santurtzi Section, the films must include at least one scene or shot filmed in a recognizable location within the city of Santurtzi.

- NATIONAL SECTION
A National Section may choose films that meet the requirements set by the bases, and being made ​​in Spanish territory, fail to conform to the requirements of the Santurtzi Section.

- The SANTURZINE is a bilingual festival, therefore, may be submitted shorts in both Euskera and Castilian. Any short done in any other language, it must include subtitles in Castilian or Basque.

- There is no limit on the number of films that authors want to present. The maximum length of the shorts will not exceed 25 minutes, including credits.
