La Poesia Che Si Vede is a short film festival focused on videopoetry. It will be held in the Italian Port City of Ancona on 24-26 March 2021.

It is organized by Associazione Nie Wiem, with the support of the Ancona City Council and the Marche Region.

It represents the first edition of a standalone Festival whose roots stem from poetry festival La Punta della Lingua and Corto Dorico Film Fest, both held in Ancona and both organized by Associazione Nie Wiem for the past two decades.

The Franco Scataglini Prize, not coincidentally dedicated to the poet who in the last century was able to project Ancona at the center of the world of Italian poetry for formal and visionary capacity not separated from attention to painting, will be awarded by a jury of cinema and poetry experts.

Conditions for participation

Each author can compete with a maximum of two works.

Works by authors resident or domiciled in Italy (Italian or foreign), or even Italian citizens resident or domiciled abroad (even with works in a foreign language) are admitted to the competition. Finally, works by foreign citizens, resident or domiciled abroad, can participate, provided that the works are in the original Italian language.

The works admitted to the competition must meet the following requirements in order not to be excluded:

have a duration not exceeding 20 'including qualifications;

have been completed after January 1, 2016
not to create advertising or industrial films.

In case of exclusion from the competition due to non-compliance with the requirements a), b), and c) the registration fee referred to in the following art. 4 will not be refunded.

Participation in the competition requires a registration fee of € 6 (six euros / 00). The fee allows you to send up to 2 (two) video poems and does not vary if you decide to send only one job. If a producer and / or distributor is sending the video poetry (s), the latter will be required to pay as many shares as there are registered works, if they are each of different authors. Should the producer and / or distributor register more works by the same author (respecting the maximum limit of two works for each single author), he can make use of the payment of a single fee per couple of films. The works must be sent via the following online registration platform, no later than 24.00 on February 28, 2021.

Upon registration, all the fields provided in the form must be filled in (personal data, contacts, bio, synopsis, film photos, photos of both the poet and the director).

Accepted formats: mpg4 / Quicktime Apple ProRes HQ / H264. Resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels or 2048x1080
