- Participants must be active students and enrolled in colleges and Colombian and foreign universities.

Short films Duration:

- Fiction: 20 min.
- Documentary : 20 min.
- Animation: 8 min.
- Music Video: 5 min.
- Experimental: 8 min.
- Mobile film: 5 minutes

- Films whose original language is not Spanish must be subtitled in Spanish or English.

- Products Submitted must be original works. The credits must include the name of all the people involved in its realization.

- Student Minors must present authorization from their parents or guardian approving their participation in the festival.

FIA FEST 2016 invites students from colleges and universities, national and international, to send their audiovisual products, to participate in the following categories: Fiction, Documentary, Animation, Music Video Clip, Experimental and Mobile.

- FIA Fest accept audiovisual products made in schools or university context since January 2014.

- Students Minors must present an authorization of their parents or guardians.

- If the audiovisual product contain images or musical composition by third parties should submit reread authorizing the use of the image or musical composition.

- The Universidad de La Sabana reserves the right to use the work or part of the work to promote the festival.

- FIA Fest isn't going to accepted audiovisual products that contain scenes of explicit sex, child abuse, animal abuse or disrespect the integrity of individuals.

- Audiovisual products have to be classification PG13.
