Actrum is a non-profit association dedicated to artistic production and the dissemination of audiovisual content.

The board of directors convenes the first edition of the short film festival, which will initially be held online in the event that the situation caused by COVID-19 continues as before.

1. Short films of any nationality may participate.

2. Registration carries a fee.

3. Once the official selection has been made, those selected will be informed.

4. All the awards will be endowed with a diploma and accrediting laurel.

5. The short films will be screened online through our website. Once the festival is over, they will be withdrawn automatically

6. The festival will take place in June 2022 through our website. The public will be able to see the works and then vote. With the votes collected, the audience award will be awarded to the short film with the most votes.

7. The organization reserves the right to use parts of the short films, posters or any other audiovisual material for advertising the festival and future editions.

8. The organization reserves the right to modify the awards or the bases according to the needs and / or guidelines, either due to the organization's needs or due to COVID-19 reasons.

9. The registration of the works will be done through FestHome.

10. Registration implies acceptance of these rules.
