2. SECTIONS
Multimedia products (short films, documentaries, digital storytelling, video projects) can participate in the competition and will be pre-selected by a technical jury, while the winners will be decreed by the institutional jury.

The competition sections of the Festival are:

1 - LEGALITY - RIGHT TO SECURITY OF THE TERRITORY
Section reserved for Italian short films, with a specific theme, belonging to the fiction or documentary genre.

2 - REDEVELOPMENT OF URBAN AREAS
Section for short films made and/or set in Pescara and/or in Abruzzo.

3 – WOMEN'S RIGHTS AND DENIED RIGHTS

3. ADMISSION OF WORKS
The duration of the work must not exceed 3 minutes 50 sec. (excluding opening and closing credits, but in any case not exceeding 4 minutes).

The shorts must be subtitled (in Italian or in english).

Participation is reserved for works created between 1st January 2021 and 30th April 2023.

The short film can be entered in only one section which must be specified during the registration phase, under penalty of exclusion.

Registration for the competition is free.


4. MATERIAL REQUESTED AND SENDING
Short films can be made in all formats (digital, magnetic, film).
The material received will not be returned and will be part of the organizers' archive, which will also be able to use it for programming after the Competition, reserved for the public.

The works can be sent via FESTHOME online platform (https://festhome.com/it)

The last date for accepting works is midnight on 03/31/2023.

In the absence of one or more of the required requirements and in the event that the link to the film is inaccessible, expired or incorrect, the selection commission has the right to exclude the work from the competition.

THE COPIES PRESENTED WILL BE THOSE USED FOR THE PROJECTION.


5.PROJECTION
The finalist and winning works will be presented to the public as part of the first edition of Pesgara 2023 scheduled from 20 May to 21 May at the AURUM in Pescara.

Only the authors of the selected shorts will be contacted.
It will be the responsibility of the participants to clearly communicate all their contact details.

The winning short films may be screened in other reviews organized by the Pesgara Committee.

The selection of the short films takes place under the unquestionable judgment of the Jury.


6. GENERAL RULES
The winners will be informed in good time of the assignment of the prize, the delivery of which is subject to their presence.
The award ceremony will take place within the final ceremony of the II edition of Pesgara 2023 (21 May 2023).

The Management does not assume responsibility for any theft, damage or loss of the works.

Each author is responsible, for any reason, for the content of his works, excluding any and all responsibility of the jury and the organizers. The organization is relieved of any and all civil and criminal liability.

Participants in the competition authorize the Competition Organizing Committee to use their name and relative address for all purposes connected with the event.

The information on the entry form may be made public in the event catalog and on the Competition website.

This regulation is drawn up in Italian.

Participation in the competition implies full acceptance and compliance with this regulation in all its articles.

The Court of Pescara is competent for any kind of controversy.
