Festival Cine Libre Internacional (8)

FECILI (International Cine Libre Fest) it´s born as a cultural initiative that has by objective spread the Colombian, Latin-American and International cinematographic productions.

Being as a platform of exhibition, we pretend to realize form and educate people with diferent non formal activities to teach. We will call people who see in art cinema and audiovisual lenguage a posibility to meeting, to learn, to talk and to have fun.

The Cine Libre International Festival it´s organized by Corporación Cine Libre, it´s born as a cultural initiative, lead by young people who wants differents towns and cities have art in it´s hearts.

We bet to promote cinema as a social transformation tool, to create a cultural platform and exhibition artist, to stay toguether in a festivals net that can help us to transmit knowledge.

The selected movies will be projected in the hours that appears in the festival schedule and in our official website www.fecili.com and networks:

We are a fan or spectrum that´s open the way to anothers experiences and where cities and towns could enjoy a lot of diversity on culture, public, people, all this conected to a wonderfull world called Festival Cine Libre-FECILI.

All selected Movies to be displayed within samples Films: International "Different Customs", colombian "Fandango Fílmico", short films "El Zaguán" and Erotic Film "Salón Kiity" will be presented a certificate of participation.


Winners Movies in "EL ZAGUÁN" exhibicion will recibe one award prize for each category.

The awards will be held the last day of time festival place and formally provided in the official program.

REGULATIONS

1 – To participate you must be 18 years old.

2 -RUEDALIBRE INTERNATIONAL SHORTFILMS
Short Films will only be accepted if they were produced after january 1st - 2022.

Fiction Short Film : between 3 and 15 minutes lenght/ credits included no exceptions.

Short Film Documentary : between 3 and 15 minutes lenght/ Credits included no exceptions.

Short Film Experimental Category: between 3 and 15 minutes lenght/ Credits included no exceptions.


3- INTERNATIONAL OFICIAL SELECTION "DIFFERENT CUSTOMS"
Feature Films will be accepted in the following categories (Fiction/Documentary/Experimental) for non-competion purposes for Films produced after january 1th - 2022

*Internacional Category: Just Foreign independent films produced will be accepted.

4. "FANDANGO FILMICO" SHOW FEATURE FILMS *Non-competition purpouses.
Films produced by Colombia´n people will only be accepted; or Features Films that have a Colombia-international co-production.

In this Category will only accept Feature Films between 40 and 120 minutes lenght/ credits included no exceptions.

5- El ZAGUÁN (Colombia short Central Show)*Competition purpouses.

Films produced by people from Colombia will only be accepted; or Features Films that have a Colombia-international co-production.

Short Films: between 3 and 15 minutes lenght/ credits included no exceptions.

Produced exclusively accepted post-dated to january 1,2022.

During the "El Zaguán" application process there will be a creativity award for "opening and ending credits" called "Freeman Saul Bass"

6- SALÓN KIITY (Erotic Films) produced after january 1th - 2022
Erotic Films in the short and Feature Films category. We´ll accepted erotic, pornographic and sensualist topics working on an art perspective.

Short Films: between 3 and 15 minutes lenght / credits included no exceptions.

Feature Films: between 40 and 120 minutes lenght/ credits included no exceptions.


7- The maximun number of work allowed by person will be 2.

8- Only those producers with copyrights will be allowed to participate.

9- All the works will be presented in their original language, it should have subtitles in Spanish.

10- Works currently available on the internet will be not accepted. (All works will be cheeked during the procces).

11- All participatiny films could also have participated in other festivals.
