Festival start: 01 June 2023      Festival end: 30 September 2023

Looking through the eyes of directors from all over the world is the goal of our Festival.

A global vision on free and independent cinema, without genre limitations and any form of censorship. The creator of the project is producer and director Luigi Pastore, already artistic director of the Italian Horror Fantasy Fest, who proposes a new concept of Festival capable of creating interaction between the authors and the public.

The works that will receive the highest number of single votes from the public (one for each registered user), will win the digital laurel of the Festival edition:

Best Feature Film
Best Short Film

INTERNATIONAL STREAMING AWARD is organized by Lu.Pa. Film in Rome, which holds all rights to the title and logo of the event. The Festival accepts feature films and short films, national and international, registered through the Festhome platform (accepting this regulations in all its articles), even in case of participation in other film festivals.

The authors and owners of the registered works, not only accept the regulation fully but also grant the organization the ability to publicly show their registered film through the streaming platform on the official website.

All registered films will be uploaded to the Festival's streaming platform, which will display the logo of the event and other graphic elements to protect the works without allowing them to be downloaded.

The works registered for the Festival can be viewed for free only by the public accredited with registration on the official website and will remain online until the end of the event.

POPULAR JURY:
Registered users can express their preferences through a voting system on the platform.

The counting of votes will be made public only at the end of the Festival.

All works of any genre, in the original language with English subtitles, will be taken into consideration.

The submission of the work implies full and unconditional acceptance of the regulation regarding the selection of the work itself and its inclusion in the Festival program. In case of disagreement, the decision of the artistic director will be valid.

The registration form, freely signed, will be considered a document proving the free acceptance of the regulation by the person who registered the film and the adherence to the event.

Only video files in the following formats are accepted: Mpeg4, H264, ProRes LT with a resolution of 1920x1080.

Video files can be sent with File Mail (max 5GB), or by indicating a link for download or enabling download at the Vimeo link or on the Festhome platform.

SUBTITLES:
It is mandatory to provide, in addition to the video file, also the subtitles in SRT format in English for Italian films and in Italian or English for international films.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL:
It is also mandatory to provide the trailer, the film poster and other promotional material.

OUT OF COMPETITION:
The artistic director has the power to invite films and exclusive previews that do not fall within the competition.

All films and short films registered will be stored in the Festival archive.

RELEASES:
The owners of the rights of the works registered in competition and out of competition, must complete and send by email the release provided by the organization for public viewing within the activities of the festival. The release also guarantees and releases the Festival from any responsibility in relation to the use of the work, and any disputes that may arise in this regard.
