-They may compete for films of any nationality that have not been previously exhibited in Peru and which are no more than 2 years old. Peruvian films-short films, Medium and feature films-do not need to be premiered.

-Films must have a content aimed at children-family audiences.

-Copies of projection must be spoken or subtitled in Spanish.

-feature films and Medium, to which you can apply films whose duration exceeds 20 minutes.

-Short film competition, which will be able to apply films whose maximum duration is 20 minutes.

The Peruvian British Cultural greets warmly and opens the call to "V CINI - INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN'S FILM FESTIVAL" to be held in the capital city of Peru, from 18 to February 23, 2019.

This festival is based at the auditoriums of the British Cultural Center, located in the district of Surco, San Miguel, San Borja, Pueblo Libre, San Juan de Lurigancho and Miraflores (all located in the city of Lima).

It should be noted that all activities carried out within the V CINI - International Children's Film Festival, will be free admission for the general public.

-All the entries submitted must be suitable for children and family audiences.

• Films that have been produced during the twenty-four months preceding the Festival.

• Films that have not previously been presented in Peru

• Feature film, your film must be more than 20 minutes long.

• Short film, your film must be less than 20 minutes long.

-The official language for the narration and dialogue of the films submitted must be in Spanish.

-For Festival screenings, we will only accept HD video files (MKV, MP4).
