''TRIMOVIL''

1. Organizer company

The short filme contest, on its first edition, is promoted by the Circle of Arts of Toledo in collaboration with the Youth Department of Toledo, the Social Film Festival of Castilla-La Mancha and with the support of the organization of the gastronomic capital.

2. Contest rules
It can participate all those people of any nationality not exceeding 30 years. Family members of the jury and the organization are exempt.

The constest theme will be free. Two optional subjects are set (see point 6).

The maximum duration of the work will be 3 minutes, excluding titles and credits. There is no limits on work submitted, and can be done individually or collectively, however must be submitted separately, each with the following requirements:

The work must have a minimum resolution of 1920x1080 (FULL HD).

They must be unpublished, original works that have not been awarded in another competitions.

Any language is accepted as incorporating Spanish subtitles.

If the organization so requires, the author must prove the authorship of the work presented.

The organization will not accept videos with violent images, degrading, humiliating or insulting, or for anyreason, no inherent in the narrative, that can be violent. The organization reserves the right to incorporate within it short films that may infringe Human Rights.

Time

- 10 of April 2016. Deadline for submission of papers.

- 10th of April 2016 to 15th of April 2016. Display of work by the jury.

- 14th of April 2016. Exhibition in the Circle of Arts of the 20 finalists.

- 21th of April 2016. Gala awards in the Circle of Arts.

3. Delivering work
The work must be delivered through platform www.festhome.com.

In the matter should be included the title of the work and a file must be attached containing:

Work title
Author/s information (name, surname, adress, ID, e-mail...)
Explanation of the project submitted

The file format must be .mp4 or .wmv.
Work will not be admitted in another format or sent after the deadline. Once the work has been received a confirmation message will be sent.

4. Jury

It shall consist of members of the Circle of Arts and Social Film Festival collaborators of Castilla-La Mancha.

Of all the works received, the jury will select 20 videos that will access the final to be held on April 14, 2016 in the Circle of Arts, where they can be viewed for free.

Of the 20 finalists the jury will choose the 3 winners. Of all the papers received addressing the figure of Cervantes, one will be selected.

Of all the papers received addressing the wine of Castilla- La Mancha (see point 6), 6 works will be selected, and between those 6, one winner. The finalist videos will be part of a special promotion DVD.

The selection criteria, for finalists and winners, which will be taken into account are:

Originality
Visual proposal
Script
Directing actors

The jury's decision is final and binding and can not give rise to any claim.

5. Legality

Participants grant the right of use, distribution, public communication, display and video playback for an indefinite period. Participants retain the intellectual property rights of the contents of the videos. Participants also authorized to use his name and likeness in publicity material relating to this contest, including the Internet, without receiving any compensation.

The participants guarantee and take responsibility for compliance with the provisions on intellectual property and image rights on the videos submitted, stating that dissemination and replication does not injure or harm third parties. Participants who violate the law and cause damage to third parties will be responsible for any claim for damages that may incur.

The organization reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the contest in case it could not develop by fraud detected, technical errors of any kind which are not under control of it and affecting its normal development. The organization will adequately informe of any incident. The organization reserves the right to automatically terminate any participant who defrauds or alter the natural course of the contest or make improper practices in their own benefit.

The organization reserves the right to make changes or add successive annexes about the mechanics and prizes, provided they are justified or not harm participants and to communicate them properly.

Participation in this competition implies full acceptance of these rules and the jury, whose interpretation is up to the staff members. Any failure to meet deadlines or procedures reflected in these rules may deprive the participant of the prizes.

6. Prices

3 prices for the winners. Extraordinary and to mark the Cervantes year a special award for best short film addresses Cervantes figure from an origianl perspective is established. The films will be evaluated and classified according to the above criteria (point 4).

Also, coinciding with the election of the city of Toledo as capital of the Spanish gastronomy and the importance of the wine sector in our community, a special award to the best audiovisual that address the issue related to the wine culture of Castilla La Mancha in all its facets, including commercials, will be established.
