2.-Category “Female Directors” (over 18 years old, audiovisual producers and / or amateurs from Chile and abroad

3.-Category "high school students", from Chile and abroad (accredited with the applicant's regular student certificate)

“Adult” Short Films Category: We give a monetary recognition to the 1st place in the "Best Direction" category(69 USD)

-Short Film Category “Female Directors”: We awarded a monetary award to the 1st place in the "Best Director" category(69 USD).

-High School Short Films Category: We give a monetary recognition to the 1st place category "Best Direction"(69 USD).

2. Those short films of Chilean and foreign nationality made from January 1, 2019 to date, and up to a maximum of two works per contestant, may register in the contest, taking into account that films that are not Spanish-speaking must have the option of subtitles in Spanish to guarantee accessibility.

3.1.-For the “adult category”, all works in a traditional format similar to dvd and file will participate in the contest, and in no case exceed 25 minutes (including credits). 3.2.-For the category "Female Directors", all works in a traditional format similar to DVD and file will participate in the contest, and in no case exceed 25 minutes (including credits). 3.3.-For the secondary education category, all works in a traditional format similar to dvd and file will participate in the contest, and in no case exceed 10 minutes (including credits).

4. Filmed and animated works and the different ways of producing an audiovisual work (animation, mobile, video camera, digital video, etc) will be received.

5. The file must be accompanied by a file that must be completed with the following information: title / author / year / country / duration / Frame capture, cover page / brief review / brief review of the director.

6. To enter your work at the festival you must send a folder (.rar) through the digital platform wetransfer or another of similar characteristics, with 2 copies of the short film contestant (mp4 and .avi) and the “CINE TERROR SHORT FILM CONTEST REGISTRATION FORM 2021 ”(available on the festival's website), to the email festivalcineterrorls@gmail.com, where the subject should be“ Horror Film Short Film Contest 2021 ”. You must include a Registration Form for each short film you submit,

10. 5 short films will be selected from the “adult” category, 5 short films from the “Female Directors” category, in addition to 5 short films from the “secondary education” category. Finally, the selected films will be published in the official catalog of the festival and will be exhibited in public sections during the development of the festival.

11.- The organization of the event reserves the right to make the decisions it deems pertinent for those cases not foreseen in these bases.

12.- Selection criteria: the jury will evaluate relevance to the genre, originality of the script, artistic and technical treatment.
