El Marché du Film es la plataforma de industria oficial del Festival de Cannes, celebrada anualmente en mayo en Cannes, Francia. Fundado en 1959, es uno de los mercados cinematográficos más relevantes a nivel global, destinado a profesionales de la industria del cine. Su propósito principal es facilitar el intercambio comercial, las coproducciones y la distribución de películas, conectando a productores, distribuidores, agentes de ventas, compradores, realizadores y otros actores clave del sector audiovisual.

MARCHÉ DU FILM - CANNES
It is an international call for fiction films in development that are looking for the best partners to enter production. The projects do not need to have part of the financing covered. The projects should be intended for a direct release on streaming platforms and designed to meet the programming needs of these platforms, which serve as the exclusive or main distribution window.
Additionally, both original projects and those based on pre-existing works, such as literary, theatrical, podcast, or video game adaptations, will be eligible.

CONECTA - Pitch Direct to Streaming Movies
The Episodio 0: Series in Development call is part of the Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG 41), held April 17–25, 2026. Its aim is to connect Ibero-American series projects in development with producers, distributors, and streaming platforms.
Up to seven projects will be selected in fiction, animation, or documentary that have not yet been filmed. Each submission must include a full dossier, a teaser, and proof of at least 10% secured financing.
Selected projects will receive free access to one-on-one meetings with industry professionals, Industry accreditation for two representatives, a spot in the digital catalog, and up to four nights of accommodation. Participation is free, though travel and meals are the participants’ responsibility.
Applications are accepted exclusively online through Eventival, from August 21 to October 24, 2025 (6:00 pm, Mexico City time).
