Sunny Side of the Doc 2025 is a leading international market dedicated to documentary and factual content, taking place from June 23 to 26, 2025 in La Rochelle, France. It brings together over 2,000 professionals from 60 countries, including producers, broadcasters, distributors, and digital platforms.
The event features 70+ sessions, thematic pitchings (Science, History, Culture, New Voices, and more), screenings, keynotes, and immersive experiences. It serves as a key venue for networking, co-productions, and global documentary sales.

La Incubadora de ECAM es un programa dirigido a productores emergentes que trabajen con directores cuyo proyecto sea su primer, segundo o tercer largometraje. El programa busca apoyar el desarrollo de películas a través de formación, mentorías y asesoramiento profesional.
Cada proyecto seleccionado recibe una ayuda económica de 10.000 € para gastos de desarrollo, pagada en cinco mensualidades. Los proyectos deben estar en fase de desarrollo con un guion inicial completo y contar con un productor y un director confirmado. No se requiere financiación previa ni haber participado en otros programas.
La edición 2026 se desarrollará entre febrero y julio, con sesiones presenciales en ECAM, combinando mentorías individuales y grupales, talleres y actividades formativas. Los proyectos que participan pueden obtener visibilidad en festivales nacionales e internacionales.
La convocatoria está abierta para inscripciones de proyectos hasta octubre de 2025, y se seleccionarán cinco proyectos para la incubadora. La iniciativa ha apoyado previamente películas que han recibido premios y reconocimiento internacional.

Producers, distributors, and platforms can showcase scripted series, docuseries, entertainment formats, and TV movies to qualified buyers.
