Feratum Pitch Hub 2025 is an international call for filmmakers and producers developing feature-length projects in horror, fantasy, science fiction, thriller, and suspense genres. It is part of the Feratum International Fantastic Film Festival, held in Pátzcuaro, Michoacán, Mexico.

Projects in script, pre-production, or production stages are accepted, with a runtime between 70 and 120 minutes. Projects with Latin American cultural elements are especially valued, but participation is open worldwide.

Selected projects will join a pitch workshop on November 5 and 6, 2025, and deliver their final pitch on November 7 before an expert jury. The event offers personalized feedback, networking opportunities with co-producers, distributors, and financiers, as well as cash and in-kind awards.

The call closes on August 31, 2025. This is a key opportunity for those seeking support, visibility, and funding for fantastic genre films within the international circuit.

The “From Page to Screen” call is a joint initiative by the Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG) and the Guadalajara International Book Fair (FIL), aimed at connecting the audiovisual industry with Ibero-American literature. It targets companies, producers, and professionals who develop, acquire, or produce content for film, television, or streaming platforms with an interest in literary adaptations.

Applicants must fill out a registration form and submit a PDF including company details, professional background, adaptation experience, and goals for participation. While no specific formats or genres are mentioned, commercially viable or industry-relevant projects are preferred.

Up to five participants will receive support: two grants include travel (one domestic, one international), and three include lodging, accreditation, and a table at the FIL Rights Center. Selected participants gain access to professional events, catalogs, and networking opportunities during FIL 2025.

The call is open from August 6 to 29, 2025, with results announced on September 17. The in-person program will take place in Guadalajara from November 30 to December 3.
