The IDFA Forum 2025 call for entries is open from June 2 to July 25, 2025. The forum takes place in November in Amsterdam, during the IDFA Festival. Creators can submit creative documentaries (feature-length, series, or immersive/interactive projects) in one of four categories: Forum Pitch, Rough Cut Presentations, Producers Connection, or DocLab Forum.
Projects must be in development, production, or post-production. Submissions require audiovisual material (teaser, clip, or rough cut), synopsis, financing plan, and production strategy. If pre-selected, further materials are due in August.
IDFA Forum is a leading platform for connecting with international funders, distributors, and co-producers.

La 48ª Mostra Internacional de Cinema em São Paulo presenta la primera edición de su programa Works-in-Progress (WIP), dirigido a largometraajes brasileños en fase avanzada de postproducción. Este programa busca apoyar la circulación de proyectos de ficción, documental o animación, ofreciendo a los cineastas una plataforma para presentar sus obras ante profesionales del mercado audiovisual, como distribuidores, programadores de festivales y agentes de ventas internacionales.
Pueden participar largometrajes brasileños en etapa final de postproducción, cuyos directores o productores busquen oportunidades de finalización, distribución y exhibición en festivales. La convocatoria ofrece sesiones exclusivas para mostrar los proyectos ante un público calificado, oportunidades de networking con profesionales de la industria y concursos con premios en servicios de finalización.

Mostra WIP
The Ikusmira Berriak 2025 call seeks audiovisual projects in development that bring new perspectives and approaches to contemporary cinema. It is aimed at emerging filmmakers who wish to develop their projects in a professional and collaborative environment. Innovative and original proposals are especially valued, with no limitations on genre or theme. The program provides space, time, context, and resources for the development of the selected projects.

SSIFF - Ikusmira Berriak
WIP Latam 2025 is a San Sebastián Festival call for Latin American feature films in post-production (fiction or documentary, minimum 60 minutes). It aims to support projects in their final stages by boosting technical completion and international exposure before industry professionals.
Registration is free and open from June 2 to July 2, 2025. Applicants must submit a rough cut (with Spanish or English subtitles if needed) and complete an online form. Up to six films will be selected and screened from September 22 to 24, 2025 as part of the festival.
Selected projects compete for the WIP Latam Industry Award, which includes post-production services and distribution in Spain, and the EGEDA Platino Industria Award worth €30,000. They also gain international visibility and access to potential distribution, sales, and festival partners.

SSIFF - Wip Latam
WIP Europa 2025 is a section of the San Sebastián Film Festival dedicated to European feature films in post-production. Its goal is to support projects with international potential, particularly first or second features and films in non-dominant languages. Up to six films will be selected and presented between September 23–25 to industry professionals such as distributors, sales agents, programmers, and post-production companies.
The call for entries is open until July 3, 2025. Eligible films must be at least 60 minutes long, produced mainly in Europe, not available on public VOD platforms, and already have a first cut.
Selected projects will compete for two awards: the WIP Europa Industry Award, which includes full post-production services and distribution in Spain, and the WIP Europa Award, which grants €10,000 to the majority producer. Selected films must commit to including festival logos and cannot withdraw once confirmed.
