The BFM is the only market in Latin America dedicated to short films, which is developed within the framework of the Bogotá Short Film Festival / Festival de Cortos de Bogotá - BOGOSHORTS and seeks to strengthen the different actors in the audiovisual sector whose special interest is content in formats short, through creation, training and networking strategies; becoming a window for the positioning of this content in the Colombian and Ibero-American industry and promoting the construction of networks that encourage the production and distribution of short films and short formats in general.

Four grants in the amount of USD$50,000 granted by CINECOLOR, for works in progress for Colombian fiction feature films, Colombian documentary feature films, Colombian short films and Ibero-American documentary or fiction feature films.

Colombian documentary feature films with final cut but without conformation, colorization, Dolby mix and DCP master. Aid of USD$15,000 in post-production services.
13.2 Infra Red Fiction
Colombian fiction feature films with final cut but without conformation, colorization, Dolby mix and DCP master. Aid of USD$15,000 in post-production services.
13.3 Infra Red Short
Colombian short films with final cut but without conformation, colorization, Dolby mix and DCP master. Aid of USD$5,000 in post-production services.
13.4 PortLab
Documentary or fiction feature films from Latin America with final cut but without conformation, colorization, Dolby mix and DCP master. Aid of USD$15,000 in post-production services.

WORK IN PROGRESS - FICCI
Our objective has always been to function as a platform that catapults the new Ibero-American cinema towards its production and subsequent distribution.
The Co-Production Meeting is two and a half days of intensive meetings between the representatives of our selection of feature films in development, and international film professionals who work with Ibero-American projects.
We offer a range of opportunities and collaborations from which we invite producers, buyers, sellers and others responsible for the different stages of the filmmaking chain from all over the world.

CO-PRODUCTION MEETING - FICG
The 48 takes place on different weekends in different cities throughout the year. In each city local Film Teams—from beginners to pro's--compete to make a short film in only a weekend! Do you and your friends have what it takes to make a film on the fly?
It all begins with the Friday night Kickoff event when you and teams in your city draw genres out of a hat and receive the required elements for your film.
Then it is off to the races—writing, shooting and editing and doing whatever it takes to submit your short film on Sunday night.
The big payoff is seeing your masterpiece in the big screen at a local theater. Every film, both on-time and late, will screen. There is nothing better than seeing your film with an audience and seeing firsthand how they react to your movie.
At the city awards event, the winning films—as determined by local judges—are announced. More than a dozen awards are given—from Best Acting to Best Directing to the top prize: Best Film.

The 48 Hour Film Project
A place where the new Colombian cinema is born…
The Laboratory is a consolidated academic event that is renewed every year. It has a panel of national and international experts, aimed at strengthening the development of projects, from an accurate professional and updated vision of cinematographic reality.
Every year FICTION FEATURE FEATURE FEATURE FEATURE PROJECTS are selected to provide screenwriters, directors and producers with a vital and enriching experience that will strengthen their projects and motivate them to carry them out.
The group of participants will have all the bases to argue their project, present an excellent pitch to the jury, and function properly in similar scenarios, at a national and international level.
They are days of concentrated work, group workshops and personalized tutoring, with experts in development, script, production, pitch, exhibition and distribution.
