Friends of terror and fantasy, finally we return! We already wanted to have a good cinema in short film format. Suspiria Fest celebrates its sixth edition, and for this we are working very hard, for the moment we are with the deadline for receiving papers for our select jury (take a look in the jury section) can deliberate what should be the works that participate in the festival. So you know, if you have a short that fits the festi, do not hesitate, send it. Long live terror!

1) Send the works in HD quality here:


2) A maximum of two short films may be submitted per author, provided that they are framed in the genres established in the fetsival. These genres are fantastic cinema and horror. A minimum of quality in the works is demanded, as for example that the quality of the image is in HD (or similar quality).

3) The short films can be sent in any language, but if they are not in Spanish or valencià, the subtitle must be embedded. We will NOT admit any work that does not meet this condition.

4) The duration of the short film will not exceed 15 minutes.

5) The deadline for receiving short films through our platform will be February 28, 2019.

6) VERY IMPORTANT: If your work has been selected to participate in the Festival Suspiria Fest, a digital copy should be sent to the mail of the event festivalsuspiria »@ mail.com

7) Those selected will be notified well in advance in case they decide to attend the festival, likewise, the winners of any of the prizes, will be notified that they have been the winner, in case they wish to attend the festival, to assist someone in their name or sending of a thank you video

8) Once the short films have been sent to the festival, they will become part of Suspiria Fest's media library. The use we make of the short films will always be for the dissemination of the work and its authors.

9) Participation in the festival implies full acceptance of the rules set forth here.

10) We will only accept works by people of legal age.

11) Only works rolled produced after 2015 may be submitted.

12) The festival has an international character.

13) In order to register your short film you have to do it only through the platform, it has an amount of 1 euro.

14- The prizes, in case they are awarded to the work delivered, will ONLY be delivered by hand, in case the producer / director / distributor, wishes to receive the statuette by physical form by courier, will have to pay the expenses derived from the shipment.

The prizes will be awarded by the festival's specialized jury.

In addition to the official prizes, the Horroris Causa Prize will be awarded, an award given by the Festival to a personality that has contributed to the dissemination, creation or production that is linked to the genres of the festival.
