Entry Guidelines For Filmmakers
Film entries must meet the following criteria:

• One film can be submitted for one category only.

• Films of the duration 30 sec to 30 min only can become a part of the festival. Films having duration longer than this are not eligible for the festival.

• Entrant may submit more than one film in any category.

• Each film must be accompanied by a separate ENTRY FORM and ENTRY FEE.

• The Festival Directorate reserves the right to reject any entry, if found unsuitable for the screening without any prior notice or disclosing any reason.

NOTE: International And Indian Films will be competing separately.


ENTRY FEES:
Films can be submitted till 15th November 2013 as a Regular Entry.

No entry will be accepted after 1st December 2013.

Regular Entry (Before Deadline)
For Students - Rs. 500 = 8 USD
For Professionals - Rs. 1000 = 16 USD

Late Entry (After Deadline)
For Students - Rs. 750 = 12 USD
For Professionals - Rs. 1250 = 24 USD
