Welcome to Iberminuto, the first made for mobile film festival of the world
Film whatever you want as long as it is connected with the competition´s theme and format, but make sure that it lasts just one minute! (Titles included).

Diploma of honor to the best film in the following categories: Romance, Drama, action, horror, comedy.
Rules and conditions
Theme: No FEAR
Each film must be exactly one minute in length (including titles) and must have as a central theme, the theme announced for this celebration.
There are no admission fees for the competition. Once a submitted project is accepted into the competition, it can not be withdrawn.
The organizing committee of the Festival is in charge of selecting the projects. The shorts that are selected by the panel of judges will be shown in a movie theater. The venue will be announced.
The festival has the right to use part or all of the projects with the aim to advertise the event or promote the submissions in the way best deemed proper by the organizing commitee.

The exhibition format must be DVD PAL.
The original format can be whatever audiovisual format.
The length of the film must be exactly 1 minute (60 sec.) including titles.
