We are a collective of filmmakers at Logroño, Spain, our target it is to fight against hate and racism with our festival, open to shortfilms and videoclips.

We are a non-profit project, but both the short filmmakers and the selected video clips will participate in the sale of the dvd / cd, with the 10 most visited, and therefore selected by the public in both modalities, dividing between these and the organization, 50 percent of that possible income.

1o Works to contest cannot exceed ten minutes in duration, from the beginning to the final credit, the credits, (not included within the piece as fiction itself), cannot exceed ninety seconds in duration, nor include unlicensed audio from their owners, the musical themes are free, provided that they defend human rights, they can be original or versions of known subjects, the fiction stories will not be able to exceed the three pages, written in double space, the poems, they will not be able to overcome a page.

2o All works that meet the following requirements, denounce hate crimes and discrimination against refugees, ethnic, or religious minorities, intolerance against LGBT sex options, expose the consequences of racism and social exclusion, trafficking in women and human beings, duration cannot exceed more than ten minutes, and its final date of production is indifferent, the important thing is its message.

3o They are accepted within the bases of this festival, any work that respects its bases and principles, regardless of its duration, being registered for its universal vision through its youtube channel, because the objective is to add cinematic and musical creativity to change the consciousness of the human being.

4o The ten short films that are classified to competition, and that they are the most visited on the page, (form of democratic choice of spectators from anywhere in the globe), will be part of a unique piece, (feature of episodes), which will be released simultaneously in the Spanish territory next December two, in the central event of Madrid, the compilations of poetry and stories will be presented, and closed with a concert starring the ten most visited video clips.

5o The organization is not responsible for the use given to images and/or soundtrack, given by the creators and/or publishers, if they violate intellectual property laws by not having permission for their inclusion, and a complaint removes it from the online channel of the same as a work to be contested, we will comply with the legal resolutions and verdicts for its elimination or not.

6o Short films and video clips can be of any genre within fiction, animation, video creation, or documentary.

7o The short films included will deal as complaints about exclusion, xenophobia, racism, incitement to hate crimes, or on their victims, persecution of migrants, the effects of war conflict, torture, and persecution of ethnic, sexual, or religious minorities, by groups, totalitarian governments, or legal measures of sovereign democracies that violate human rights, and international agreements for the protection of asylum or political refugees, in contradiction with the laws signed by these nations, and in defence of the environment.

8o Short films must assume the message of social denunciation of abuses against human beings, all those who do not provide documentary evidence of the facts narrated in fiction, if they point to real governments, or their security forces, or make apology of extremist ideologies as a remedy to these facts, will be excluded.

9o The festival channel will host annually, and in successive editions distinguishing its chronology, the works, unless expressly requested by the authors, are owners of their rights to use at their discretion, the only condition, is that the first fifteen most viewed within the online channel, are joined in a single piece, whose order of editing will be from the largest to the minor visited, and the credits will be linked at the end of the fifteenth short film, the admission of works will end on July 15.

10o Any NGO, collective, union, party or association, can download through the link that we will provide from september 20, 2025.

11o The works will be sent via email via WETRANSFER, to the e-mail direccion@elgritodelossinvoz.net, or on the Festhome platform.

12o Any incident not covered by the bases shall be resolved through its technical commission.
