The Episodio 0: Series in Development call is part of the Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG 41), held April 17–25, 2026. Its aim is to connect Ibero-American series projects in development with producers, distributors, and streaming platforms.
Up to seven projects will be selected in fiction, animation, or documentary that have not yet been filmed. Each submission must include a full dossier, a teaser, and proof of at least 10% secured financing.
Selected projects will receive free access to one-on-one meetings with industry professionals, Industry accreditation for two representatives, a spot in the digital catalog, and up to four nights of accommodation. Participation is free, though travel and meals are the participants’ responsibility.
Applications are accepted exclusively online through Eventival, from August 21 to October 24, 2025 (6:00 pm, Mexico City time).

Episode 0: Series in Development - FICG
**FECICH INDUSTRIA** was created to promote the production of Chilean films and to foster connections with companies and institutions interested in contributing to the development and completion processes of film projects in their various stages.
Through its Industry area, FECICH invites all Chilean filmmakers with fiction and documentary feature films (60 to 100 minutes) or short films (5 to 30 minutes) in post-production to participate in **CINE CHILENO EN CONSTRUCCIÓN FECICH 2024**.

This initiative's main objective is to enhance the quality of audiovisual projects by Ibero-American authors, aiming to maximize their potential and position them in a more secure and qualified production environment. The projects will be developed from their embryonic phase through a rigorous advisory process, culminating in a high-quality script capable of becoming a film and/or series.

Ibero-American Audiovisual Project Development Course
The Script Review Workshop offers independent filmmakers from around the world the opportunity to work intensively on their feature-length fiction screenplays in an environment designed to foster professional collaboration and the development of high-quality scripts. The Script Review Workshop consists of a two-week workshop-residency and a two-day online follow-up module.
The workshop facilitators are professionals with extensive experience. In addition to guidance for script development provided in both group and individual working sessions, participants have dedicated time for writing. The workshop gives each participant the opportunity to discuss their project with a group of international filmmakers, be part of a community of artists with similar sensibilities, and gain access to Cine Qua Non Lab’s network of filmmakers.
