The International Co-Production Meeting (EIC) 2025 at Festival Ícaro invites Spanish-speaking directors and producers worldwide to submit feature film projects (fiction, documentary, animation) or series in development.
Applications are open from June 1 to July 31, 2025. Selected projects will first join a virtual stage (October 18–25) with mentoring, masterclasses, and pitch training. They will then attend the in‑person stage in Guatemala (November 24–29) during Festival Ícaro, featuring mentorships, pitching sessions, and one‑on‑one meetings with potential international co‑producers.
Up to 12 projects will be chosen, represented by their director and/or producer. Applicants must submit a full dossier, a video pitch (max 5 minutes), CV, motivation letter, budget, and financing plan.

International Co‑production Meeting
The CineLab Chile call is an initiative by the Chilean Film Academy in partnership with Netflix to support the development of feature films directed by women or individuals with female gender experience. It is aimed at emerging filmmakers with projects in the first or second stage of development.
Up to eight projects will be selected to receive mentorship, masterclasses, and support to enhance their scripts and production. The call is open until August 20, 2025, with activities starting in October, including virtual sessions and in-person meetings in December, covering expenses for two members per project.
Projects must be fiction feature films with no narrative genre restrictions. Applications are made exclusively through the official site cinelab.cl, where guidelines and forms are available. The program promotes gender equity in the Chilean audiovisual industry by supporting the training and development of emerging filmmakers.

CineLab
The International Producers Meeting - Documentary 2025 Call, organized by the Ministry of Cultures, Arts, and Knowledge, aims to support Latin American feature-length documentaries in development. The initiative offers training in creative production, financing, and distribution. The event will take place virtually from October 27 to 31, 2025, and in-person from November 3 to 7 at the Bogotá International Documentary Showcase (MIDBO). Selected projects will receive personalized mentorship, workshops, networking opportunities, and one-on-one meetings with industry experts. International Meeting of Producers – Documentary
It is an international call aimed at docudrama series projects, that is, documentary series that address themes of any type, but whose narrative includes recreations of fictional events (both in real image and in animation), whether they are long sequences with dialogue, or only images without dialogue or with limited sound that illustrate the events narrated or the experience of witnesses or experts.

The National Producers’ Meetup – Animation 2025, organized by the Audiovisuals, Cinema and Interactive Media Directorate of the Colombian Ministry of Cultures, Arts and Knowledge, marks the 20th anniversary of the Encuentros program. This call seeks to support Colombian animated feature films, short films, and series in development, providing training in creative production, financing, and distribution. Selected projects will benefit from personalized mentoring, workshops, and networking sessions with industry experts, culminating in a public pitch session with key players and agents. The submission period runs from July 18 to August 12, 2025, until 5:00 p.m. (Colombia time). The online activities will take place from September 30 to October 3, 2025, and the in‑person phase will be held from October 9 to 15, 2025, during the Bogotá International Film Festival (BIFF).
