ComedyLab 2026 is a comedy project development lab organized by TorinoFilmLab in Italy. It is open to screenwriters and comedians worldwide, aiming to develop feature-length comedy projects through in-person and online workshops. All project materials must be submitted in English, which is also the working language of the workshops and activities.
The program runs from March to November 2026 and includes multiple sessions: a preliminary workshop in Turin at the end of February, workshops in Belgium and Poland in April and June, online sessions in September and October, and a final project presentation in Turin in November.
Applications are open internationally until December 12, 2025, and focus exclusively on feature-length comedy projects. Participants without a project can also join to collaborate on selected projects.
ComedyLab provides an opportunity to strengthen comedic writing skills, creative collaboration, and the professional development of projects within the audiovisual industry.

ComedyLab - TFL
Selected projects will compete for support in post-production services (conformity, color grading, sound mixing, DCP mastering, among others) and will be showcased in a private screening for national and international juries, sales agents, distributors, exhibitors, and other industry professionals during the festival days.
Colombian feature films (fiction, documentary, and/or essay) with a final cut or in an advanced editing state are eligible. Support in post-production services will be provided for two projects.

Work In Progress (WIP) Colombia / Feature Film - FICCI
Selected projects will compete for support in post-production services (conformity, color grading, sound mixing, DCP mastering, among others) and will be showcased in a private screening for national and international juries, sales agents, distributors, exhibitors, and other industry professionals during the festival days.
Colombian short films (fiction, documentary, and/or essay) with a final cut or in an advanced editing state are eligible. Support in post-production services will be provided for one project.

Work In Progress (WIP) Ibero-America - Feature Film - FICCI
La Ford Foundation abrió la convocatoria JustFilms para apoyar proyectos documentales de cualquier parte del mundo. La iniciativa financia largometrajes documentales de mínimo 50 minutos que aborden temas de justicia social y cuya producción esté bajo control creativo de los cineastas. Se aceptan postulaciones en las etapas de desarrollo, producción y postproducción de contenido directo.
La convocatoria es internacional, permitiendo la participación de cineastas de todos los países. Los proyectos deben reflejar una narrativa que inspire, rompa estereotipos y contribuya a transformar condiciones de desigualdad e injusticia. No se aceptan cortometrajes, series, episodios ni formatos emergentes como AR/VR o podcasts.
La fecha límite de postulación es el 30 de diciembre de 2025. Los resultados serán notificados aproximadamente cuatro meses después del cierre, alrededor de abril de 2026, y los fondos se entregarán entre junio y agosto de 2026. La convocatoria no establece fechas fijas de realización, ya que los proyectos avanzan según el cronograma de producción de cada beneficiario.
