En el marco del 28 Festival de Cine de Lima PUCP, la Dirección del Audiovisual, la Fonografía y los Nuevos Medios (DAFO) del Ministerio de Cultura y el Centro Cultural de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (CCPUCP) convocan a la novena edición de Cine del mañana – Work in Progress (WIP), sección profesional del festival que presenta proyectos cinematográficos de largometraje en fase de postproducción ante reconocidos programadores de festivales y distribuidores, nacionales e internacionales.

Para cortometrajes de ficción o documental. Deben ser obras dirigidas por mujeres provenientes de todo el territorio nacional, incluyendo la región metropolitana y no superar los 30 minutos de duración.

FECILS Realizadoras - WIP
Created by the Locarno Festival in 2014, Industry Academy is an intensive training program which aims to train and support young film industry professionals working specifically in the area of independent film circulation: online and traditional distribution, sales, film marketing, exhibition, festival programming, among others. The workshop acts as a shortcut for a new generation of professionals entering the independent film industry, encouraging their development and helping them better understand the challenges of the industry, as well as expand their networks. The objective of Locarno Industry Academy is also to build bridges of collaboration across different markets in Europe, North America, Latin America, the Middle East and Southern Africa.
Emerging professionals in the field of circulation can apply, preferably under 40 years of age, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the areas of sales, marketing, online and traditional distribution, exhibition, programming, curatorship and cultural management, and with an excellent level of English (written and spoken).

BrLab - Industry Academy
Izaña Lab está diseñado por un equipo que se enfrenta diariamente al reto de hacer cine, que entiende que una película es el resultado de continuos procesos de ensayo y error. Todo el proceso es, en realidad, un laboratorio, donde se prueba, se analiza y se repite el experimento. Cada película es un prototipo, y aunque soñamos con replicar casos de éxito, la realidad nos demuestra que el camino para posicionar en el mercado un producto tan único como una creación cinematográfica, requiere inventar nuevas fórmulas, que encajen para cada caso.
