D’A Film Lab Barcelona
The GIFF Incubator 2026 is a program of the Guanajuato International Film Festival focused on supporting feature film projects in development, aimed at both Mexican and international filmmakers. The application period runs from May 19 to June 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM (Mexico City time). Selected projects will take part in in-person advisory sessions during the 29th edition of the festival, held from July 24 to August 2, 2026 in Guanajuato, Mexico. The program provides one-on-one mentorship in key areas such as script development, pitching, financing, production, legal issues, distribution, and marketing. INCUBATOR - GIFF
Ventana Sur – Primer Corte & Copia Final 2026 will take place in Montevideo, Uruguay, from November 30 to December 4, 2026. The call for both sections closes on September 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Uruguay time; the opening date is not specified.
Primer Corte is aimed at Latin American fiction feature films in post-production and seeks to create opportunities for their completion, circulation, and access to the international market. Copia Final selects fiction feature films at an advanced stage of post-production or nearing completion, aimed at securing an international premiere and a sales agent. The call has an international scope within Latin America and is focused on fiction feature films.

First Cut & Final Copy – VENTANA SUR
Truxa Muxa is an artistic residency held in Malerreka, Navarra, aimed at projects in development or production in animation, video games, or hybrid formats. The residency supports proposals with strong creative identity, narrative innovation, cultural sensitivity, environmental commitment, and a sustainable, inclusive vision. Projects of various formats —such as short or feature films, series, games, interactive experiences, or installations— are welcome, as long as they fit within the three focus areas. Selected projects take part in online training, personalized mentorships, and an in-person residency from September 18 to 22, 2025. Although the submission deadline has passed, it is still possible to attend the event as a guest or observer.

Residence - Truxa Muxa
Ventana Sur ANIMATION! 2026 is a section dedicated to promoting Latin American animation and the international circulation of projects. The call opens on July 31, 2026, and closes on September 4, 2026. Ventana Sur 2026 will take place in Montevideo, Uruguay, from November 30 to December 4, 2026.
The call is aimed at Latin American producers and filmmakers with animated feature film or series projects in development or pre-production. Projects must be majority productions from a Latin American country and may include international co-productions. Mixed-technique projects are also accepted, provided that at least 50% of the final content is animated.
Selected projects will participate in pitching sessions before an international jury and industry representatives, as well as One-to-One meetings with production companies, distributors, broadcasters, platforms, and international funds. The pitch must be delivered in English. Registration is free.
