The Curt Creixent 2025 Pitch Call for Script Projects is open to filmmakers developing a short film script. Eligible applicants must be born, registered, or have a production company based in the Valencian Community. Up to 6 projects will be selected to participate in a professional pitch session, including mentoring and one-to-one meetings with industry professionals.
Applicants must submit an application form, a project dossier (synopsis, treatment, artistic intentions, budget, and production plan), the creator’s bio, and proof of connection to the Valencian Community. Projects must still be in the writing stage and not yet filmed.

Curt Creixent - Pitch
The pitch call for short films in postproduction at Curt Creixent 2025 is open to filmmakers born or registered in the Valencian Community, or with production companies based there. Projects must be in postproduction, with a final runtime not exceeding 40 minutes. Up to four short films will be selected to present in a professional pitch session during Curt Creixent, held from June 23 to 25, 2025, in Valencia. Selected projects will receive feedback from a panel of experts and participate in a preparatory training workshop. Additionally, the winning short film will be acquired by the Institut Valencià de Cultura for exhibition in various venues, with a special focus on non-commercial public screenings after its festival run. Registration is free and must be completed by May 21, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Curt Creixent - Postproduction
The Short Distribution Market is an initiative of the Cerdanya Film Festival aimed at connecting short film creators with distributors, festivals, and platforms. It is open to fiction, animation, and documentary projects, both national and international.
Selected participants will present their works in private sessions to industry professionals, with the goal of facilitating distribution and exhibition agreements. This market will take place during the festival's Industry Days, held from July 28 to August 17, 2025, in Puigcerdà, Catalonia.

FICC - Short Distribution Market
The Pitch Showcase at the Cerdanya Film Festival 2025 is a call for emerging audiovisual projects in development (fiction, animation, or documentary; feature films, short films, series, and transmedia). It will take place on August 2, 2025, in Puigcerdà, as part of the festival running from July 28 to August 17.
Participants will have the opportunity to present their projects in 30-minute one-on-one sessions with interested producers and optionally in a 5-minute open pitch followed by a Q&A session. Additionally, they will receive personalized mentorship from professionals affiliated with Anonymous Content, Warner Bros. Discovery, RTVE, El Terrat, Filmax, TCM, and Movistar+.

FICC - Pitch SHOWCASE
The Cinekid Script LAB open call launches in March 2025 for writers of children’s feature films or series. A cohort of 12–15 is selected to participate in a six‑month programme (October 2025–March 2026), working on an enhanced script draft with one‑on‑one coaching, workshops at the Cinekid Festival (Amsterdam) and Berlinale (Berlin), plus networking events.
Minimum materials: treatment, character descriptions, motivation letter, link to previous work.
Fees: open‑call writers cover their own participation fees; scholarships are available for writers from “low‑capacity” EU countries. A nomination route also exists, with costs covered by international partners.
