“Sueños de Cine” es un festival de cine organizado por el blog “Sueños de un espectador”.

Short Audience Award winner of "Dreams of cinema" will receive a commemorative trophy.

* Participants must be over 18 years. In case of minors, must present an authorization signed by their parents or guardians.

* There is no upper age limit .

* Being an international festival , the productions made outside the Spanish territory .

* In the case of presenting a shortfilm talk in a language different than Spanish , the copy must include subtitles in English.

* The films may have been previously submitted projected , hung on the internet or in other samples / festivals.

* We accept short films shot and premiered after the February 1, 2011 .

* The theme will be free anyway .

* The length should not exceed 19 minutes .

* The screening of selected short films will be held in Off de La Latina.

* The presentation of a short film does not ensure its projection for the sample, and at all times the organization decision point.
