The Fundación Visión Iberoamericana and Validarte Cultural Association invite you to participate in the 6th. FESTIVAL OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH FILM to be held from 21 to 28 October 2017 in Bogotá, Colombia.
This year's theme is "Creativity and Innovation" Welcome!

The selected works and winners will be shown on Saturday, October 28 at the DOMMO and 3D cinema in Maloka, and will have the opportunity to be equally presented by the Colombian television channel ZOOM, which issues its signal to 32 countries.

The winning filmmakers will be awarded a diploma and a plaque accrediting their valuable participation in the event.

Basis of participation:

• Participation is free and can work in Spanish or subtitled in this language.

• Categories: Short, animation and documentary.

• Children (Children 5 to 12 years old) and Youth (Young people from 13 to 17 years)

• Theme: Innovation and creativity.

• Work carried out through smartphones, tablets and / or cameras will be accepted.

• The videos should be sent to the mail: validarte@validarte.org in mp4 format with good definition. Attach personal data of filmmakers and audiovisual technical data.

• Maximum video length: 8 minutes approx.

• Closing date: Sunday, October 15, 2017
