In our country, and for more than one decade, a production before linked almost exclusively to fiction has been swelling their ranks with new topics, new approaches, new geographies, new dilemmas.

It is in this context that FIDBA is proposed as the 1st. International Film Festival dedicated to this genre which films with the same fans - as long as we believe that the forms and the doings of the documentary film are different from those of the fiction - may meet and dialogue among them and with the public. El Grito is the first and only fantasy an horror film festival in Venezuela.

This event seeks to celebrate fear and showcase the narrative visions of both emerging and established filmmakers, whose stories reveal the darkest aspects of the human condition.

BOSIFEST is the International Festival Of Documentary Film for and by persons with disabilities, the only one of this kind in the Southeast Europe, which will be organized this year for the seventeenth time in Serbia by the Hendi Center Koloseum. As in past sixteen years, this year on the big screen a great number of films will be screening both in competitive and non-competitive part. So far visitors of the BOSIFEST had an opportunity to watch 950 films that had life of the people with disabilities as their subject or were created by the disabled authors.
In addition to film screenings, BOSIFEST offers additional programs in the form of workshops, panel discussions and roundtables.

The Bogota International Film Festival, organized by the Colombian-local organization Corporación Bogocine, was created in 1984 in order to recognize and reward the Colombian film production. After a first edition crowned with success in Soorts-Hossegor in August 2025, the Dream Landes Festival enters a new phase of its development and becomes Rêve en Court, relocating to Paris.
