BoliviaLab – Script Incubator
The From the Root Screenwriting Residency, organized by Fundación Algo en Común, is aimed at screenwriters and filmmakers from Black, Afro-descendant, Raizal, Palenquero, Rrom, and Indigenous communities from Colombia, the Americas, and their diasporas. The program seeks to strengthen their voices and stories in the audiovisual field. Twenty fiction feature film projects will be selected. The residency will take place from September 1 to November 28, 2025, including virtual activities and a two-week immersion in Cali, Colombia. Participants will receive training in screenwriting, personalized mentoring, and support in project development. Screenwriting Residency “From the Root” - Algo en Común
