The Festival Napoleon is held at one of Paris's most iconic movie theaters, the Cinéma Club de l'Étoile. Located at the corner of Champs Élysées Avenue, this movie theater is right at the corner of the Arc de Triomphe. The film submission is intended to be awarded at the in-person ceremony in February 2027. All film types and languages are welcome. We will screen several of the awarded films.
Welcome, filmmakers, to the Festival Napoleon of Paris. We are excited about our fourth edition. The award ceremony will also honor prominent figures in the cultural world.
The Film Festival was created by David Serero, who has produced film festivals worldwide for over 10 years.
