The Moinho Cine Fest is an international film festival directed by filmmaker André Almeida Rodrigues and holder of the EFFE Label 2026–2027, an initiative by the European Festivals Association supported by the European Commission and the European Parliament. The festival is dedicated to promoting contemporary cinematic creation, both national and international, including films, video dance, and music videos.
