The International University Short Film Festival “CINESTESIA FEST” is an international cultural event established in 2016 at Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores, based in Bogotá and Cartagena, Colombia.
Its main objective is to provide a platform for emerging audiovisual creators and students affiliated with a university anywhere in the world, allowing them to showcase their projects, build networks of recognition and reflection, and contribute to audience development.
Each year, the Festival takes place in October in Bogotá and Cartagena, Colombia, and awards the Cinestesia statuette in recognition of outstanding international university talent.
