THIS YEAR 2025 BEGINS THE FOURTH EDITION OF AMAZINE.
WELCOME EVERYONE.
How can we build a present and a future where humanity and its societies coexist harmoniously with the environment and natural ecosystems? With this question we started a long conversation with representatives of several non-governmental environmental organizations inside and outside Venezuela. And we obtained answers in which the concepts of “sustainability, action and change” were repeated over and over again.
Thus, from the Watunna Association and Amazine, we came to the conclusion that the most necessary and valid theme to be used in the fourth edition of our “International Short Film Contest on the Amazon and the Environment”, expanded this year to photographs, should be focused on sustainability, change and action.
Who is this fourth edition of Amazine aimed at? It is a call to all NGOs, companies, organizations, filmmakers, audiovisual producers and photographers of any nationality who have worked or are currently working with projects involved in actions that aim directly at the search for innovative solutions to achieve sustainability.
