The International Film Festival of Sax, in the province of Alicante (Spain), Goya Awards qualifier, stems from the initiative of the filmmaker Miguel Herrero Herrero. Since its creation in 2006,
the festival has the support of Sax City Council but is also backed by: Generalitat Valenciana, Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche (UMH), Universidad de Alicante, (UA), Diputación de Alicante, ... This, the fourteenth edition of the Film Festival, is the online special edition, a competition for the best short film and project feature films.
