FICAS - Madeira International Environmental and Sustainability Film Festival aims to promote a space for dialogue and reflection, where the cinematographic works shown will serve as tools to raise awareness of the challenges facing our planet and inspire positive action towards a more sustainable future.
Specific objectives:
To screen and award fiction, animation or documentary films by filmmakers that promote debate on the preservation of regional, national and international forests or other relevant themes: climate change, biodiversity, conservation, renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, among others.
Films that promote environmental awareness and inspire positive change.
