The main objective of the Festival is to promote the development of national cinema in the Republic of Adygea, to encourage youth participation in cultural projects, and to identify and support talent in the field of cinematography.

The Festival aims to strengthen the all-Russian civic identity and the unity of the multinational people of the Russian Federation, to promote patriotic education, to harmonize interethnic relations, and to foster friendship among the peoples of the Russian Federation. It also seeks to preserve and promote traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, as well as to safeguard and popularize the intangible ethnocultural heritage of the Russian Federation, in line with the implementation of the state national policy of the Russian Federation.

At the conclusion of the Festival, winners will be selected in the following categories:

Awards will be presented in each category.

Special awards and sponsor prizes may be added to the official Festival awards.

Sponsors and public organizations have the right to establish special awards.

Sponsors are granted the right to place their information and logos in the Festival’s promotional materials and to participate as honorary guests in Festival events.

The copyright for films submitted to the Festival remains with their respective authors.

All participants will receive certificates of participation.

The winning films will be screened as part of the celebrations of the Day of the Republic of Adygea.

Films submitted to the Festival may subsequently be used free of charge by the Festival organizers in non-commercial social programs, for educational and outreach purposes, in charitable initiatives, and in other volunteer projects, with proper credit to the author and reference to their participation in the Festival.

The Film Festival will take place in one of the cinemas of the Republic of Adygea, in the city of Maykop.
