The mission & objective of the festival is to give short films an identity that differentiates art form ,from the conventional big screen.CISFFI 2026 show cases short films that celebrate diverse cultures ,aesthetic traditions, social & relevant themes & other works that challenge &transcend exceptions.Our particular interest is in short films that deal with novel themes,cutting-edges technology & visualization, traditional as well as those that dissent in form, technique or content from the mainstream.
