All Ural Shorts Winners of the Year — both films and filmmakers — are granted dedicated pages on IMDb, the world's leading film database. For those already listed on IMDb, their Awards section is updated to reflect their Ural Shorts win.
Ural Shorts consists of four Seasons and Annual Award Event.
Every Season the selection committee watches privately the submitted short films and chooses the Official Selection for the Short Film Section. All selected films enter the competition for the Season Awards.
Within 10 days after the Official Selection list is published the jury announces the Season Winners. The winning short films enter the Screening Program in cinemas and on television for all to see.
In the Feature Film Section, a yearly shortlist is selected. All Season winners in the Short Film Section and shortlisted feature films enter the competition for the Annual Awards. And receive an invitation to the Annual Award Event.
The Annual Event takes place in August in the 300-year-old city of Nizhny Tagil, on the border of Europe and Asia, which is called the "Russian Manchester" in the middle of the Ural Mountains. The winner of the Grand Prix will receive a statuette, a diploma and a cash prize of 100,000 rubles. The Annual Award Event consists of a cultural and educational program, the annual awards ceremony, screenings, TV interviews, workshops, and other activities.
The seventh edition of the Hurlingham Film Festival will take place from noviembre 6 to 8, 2026, at the Leopoldo Marechal Cultural Center (Av. Gdor. Vergara 2396) in the city of Hurlingham, with free admission.
The festival aims to promote culture and film production both in the city of Hurlingham and in the rest of the country.

The festival will take place from 22th September 2026 in several selected cities in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Poland, Germany and Denmark
The top 18 short animated films will compete in this competition.
The films will be judged by selected international jury. The jury is composed mostly of professionals or professions closely associated with animation - total 7 judges, each from a different country.

The main objective of the Short Film Festival is the dissemination of ecosystems and biological heritage through cinematographic and audiovisual works selected through quality criteria.
The Minsk International Short Film Festival "Kinosmena" is an annual cultural event of the Republic of Belarus. The festival is supported by the Belarusian Union of cinematographers and approved by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus.
The organizers invite film directors and representatives of the films and provide them with free accommodation in a comfortable hotel in Minsk for the duration of the festival.
From several thousands of short films that sent to us from all over the world, 30 best films are selected in the contest program of the festival. The festival is supported by the Belarusian Union of cinematographers and approved by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus.
The festival will present the works of national and foreign filmmakers, selected by the jury as the best, and then together with the audience will choose the winners. There is also a non-contest program of films that are not included in the main contest program, but they are of interest to the audience. The festival will be held in the cinema chain "Silver Screen" in Minsk and 10 other cities of Belarus.

The festival is an innovative platform designed to offer high-quality entertainment with social awareness, encouraging dialogue, reflection, and diverse perspectives through the language of cinema.
The festival will be held in an in-person format, allowing the participation of filmmakers, producers, students, and audiovisual professionals from different regions of Colombia and around the world.
Registration and participation in the Colombia National and International Film Festival imply full acceptance of these rules, regulations, and terms established by the festival organization.
All expenses incurred by participants to attend the festival, participate in on-site activities, receive awards, or collect prizes—including transportation, accommodation, meals, and any other related costs—shall be borne exclusively by the participants.
Once awards have been presented to the winners, neither the festival organization nor the jury shall assume any responsibility regarding the use, transportation, preservation, or disposition of the awards granted in each category.
Awards will be presented during the festival’s official closing ceremony at a venue, date, and time that will be announced through the Festival’s official communication channels and social media platforms.

For three thousand years, the Jewish people have been scattered around the world. That is why Jewish cinema is created in many different countries, alongside with special festivals that select and showcase those films. The Jewish Film Festival® in Moscow became the first of its kind in Russia. It was founded in 2015 and has been held annually ever since.
What is the Jewish cinema, after all? It encompasses far more than films made by Jewish directors or films which star famous Jewish actors. The Chicharrón Film Festival, held in Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz), celebrates its sixth edition from November 13th to 21st, 2026, establishing itself as a key event for emerging short films.
With a total cash prize pool of €2,300 and various special mentions, the festival recognizes excellence in different areas of filmmaking: directing, acting, cinematography, production, and sound design, among others. The Short. Sweet. Film Fest. is a short film only film festival created by actual filmmakers. We found it challenging to showcase our own short films at film festivals who mainly program around feature films. In the age of streaming there are more opportunities than ever before to share your work, but we often asked ourselves, "do we really want to premiere our short film alongside silly kitten videos?" Even though we love kittens (who doesn’t?), we love short films more and want to present them in the professional setting they deserve.
With fifteen festivals under our belt, our goal for our sixteenth annual film festival is to showcase films under 40 minutes to the growing art scene in the greater Cleveland area and highlight the works of student to veteran filmmakers across the country. We look for short, sweet, original, and unique films that would often soar under the radar of most festivals. Our staff are looking for the best short films locally, nationally, and internationally.
