The Oiasso Roman Museum and the City Council of Irun organize the International Archaeological Film Festival of the Bidasoa.

The aim of the Festival is to present archaeology to the general public, through the diffusion of audio-visual material resulted from the work made by archaeologists, assuring the promotion and the spreading of these films.

The Festival is being celebrated since the year 2001 and from the year 2004 it has four prizes: the Grand Prize of the Festival, the Special Audience Prize, the Educational Values Prize and Arkeolan Prize for Contribution to Science. Since 2006, it’s inside Fedarcine, the European network of Archaeological Film Festivals.

MACAU INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM FESTIVAL (“FESTIVAL”) is an annual worldwide audio-visual festival that aims to motivate overseas and Macau short film and music videos productions to compete in this FESTIVAL.

The Festival was previously known as "Sound & Image Challenge" and was first launched in 2010 focusing only on an audiovisual competition for local talent. This initiative was co-founded with professionals in film, music, sound and image fields, with two priorities: to promote the Creative Industries in the audiovisual sector and highlight the local talents in the production of sound and moving image design. The “Uhvati film” (Seize the Film) Festival takes place in Novi Sad (Serbia), Rijeka (Croatia) and Kotor (Montenegro).

Through a thematically and artistically distinctive film selection, the festival aims to promote the potential of persons with disabilities, raise public awareness about the challenges they face (with special attention to multiply marginalized groups), and contribute to the advancement of disability rights.

Films selected for the Novi Sad program will enter consideration for screenings in Rijeka and Kotor, as well as for post-production programs (in all countries).

The festival organizers (KAO Parnas – Serbia, Spirit Association – Croatia, NGO Art 365 – Montenegro) will personally contact the authors of the selected films.
