El Encuentro Nacional de Cortometrajes – ENC está dirigido a productores con proyectos en etapa de posproducción, que trabajen en la creación de estrategias de estreno y circulación. Los seleccionados reciben acompañamiento personalizado de la mano de expertos nacionales e internacionales para la definición de una ruta de distribución en festivales y escenarios alternativos.
