El Festival de Málaga convoca al Premio Talento RTVE Festival de Málaga / Málaga Short Corner, dirigido a proyectos de guion para cortometraje de ficción. La convocatoria está abierta a productoras registradas en España y busca apoyar la creación de nuevos cortometrajes de hasta 30 minutos.
La postulación estará abierta hasta el 2 de febrero de 2026. Los proyectos seleccionados tendrán la oportunidad de presentarse en el Málaga Short Corner (MAFIZ) durante la sección de industria y mercado del festival, que se realizará del 10 al 12 de marzo de 2026. Este espacio permite a los creadores presentar sus proyectos ante un jurado y profesionales del sector, favoreciendo la visibilidad y posibles apoyos de producción o distribución.
El premio está enfocado exclusivamente en cortometrajes de ficción y no acepta proyectos internacionales fuera de España. La convocatoria combina la evaluación de calidad artística con el potencial de desarrollo profesional, brindando una plataforma para talentos emergentes dentro del panorama audiovisual español.

Hatching Ravens is the main international call of the BIF Market, the industry platform of the Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival, dedicated to supporting genre film projects in development and post-production.
For the 2026 edition, the call opens on December 1, 2025, and closes on February 2, 2026. The market will take place onsite in Brussels from April 13 to April 17, 2026, with additional online activities.
The call is open to international submissions and targets feature-length fiction projects within genre cinema, including horror, fantasy, science fiction, thriller, dark comedy and genre animation. Projects may be at mid or advanced development stages or early post-production.
Hatching Ravens operates as a Work in Progress and market platform, offering pitch sessions, one-to-one meetings and networking opportunities with producers, funds, sales agents and festivals, positioning itself as a key gateway for international genre projects.

Hatching Ravens - BIF Market
The Belgian Fantastic Pitchbox is a call organized by the BIF Market in Belgium, focused on the development of fiction feature-length genre film projects. The call is national only, open exclusively to creators based in Belgium, and does not accept international submissions.
Eligible projects must belong to the genre cinema field, including fantasy, horror, thriller, science fiction, surrealism, black comedy, and crime, and must be in the development stage. The initiative is structured as a pitch program, complemented by training sessions and professional mentoring prior to the final presentation.
The application period opens on December 22, 2025, and closes on February 2, 2026, which is the final deadline to apply. Pitch training sessions take place on March 2 and March 6, 2026, while the final pitch event is held on April 17, 2026, as part of BIF Market 2026, which runs from April 13 to April 17, 2026.

Belgian Fantastic Pitchbox - BIF Market
The Research & Development Grant from Chicken & Egg Films is aimed at filmmakers who identify as women or gender-expansive, including cis women, trans, non-binary, two-spirit, and agender individuals. The program supports feature-length documentary projects in early research or development stages, providing funding and guidance to strengthen narrative and creative planning.
Applications are open from December 3, 2025, to February 4, 2026, with an early-bird deadline on January 7, 2026. Results will be announced in mid-July 2026, and project development will run from July 2026 to May 2027.
The grant is open internationally, accepting filmmakers from around the world, except those in countries under U.S. sanctions. Only feature-length documentaries in research or development are eligible; short films, series, and projects in advanced production are not accepted.
