It consists of an innovative workshop in Latin America, inspired by @jacksonwildorg's Jackson Wild Media Lab Festival, in which 12 scholarship recipients will learn from audiovisual industry leaders about science communication, audiovisual project realization and impact, and will be challenged to make a short film that will be presented within the festival.

Santiago Wild - Lab
LAB DISTRIBUYE is an initiative of FICVIÑA Industry 2026 in Chile, focused on strengthening distribution and circulation strategies for short films. The program operates as a specialized laboratory that supports audiovisual projects through professional guidance and tools aimed at improving their opportunities within festivals and international markets.
The call is open to Chilean fiction and documentary short films, with a maximum duration of 30 minutes, that are in an advanced post-production stage or completed according to the requirements established by the rules. It belongs to the Industry / Laboratory area and accepts national projects.
Applications will be open from July 17 to August 20, 2026. The activity will take place as part of FICVIÑA 2026, from November 24 to 29, 2026, in Viña del Mar, Chile.

DocsLab - DocsValencia
The 2026 Screenplay Revision Lab by Cine Qua Non Lab is a film development workshop focused on rewriting and strengthening fiction feature film screenplays. The call is open to filmmakers from all countries, making it an international program.
The application deadline is June 12, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. (Mexico City time). Selected participants will take part in an in-person residency held in Tzintzuntzan, Michoacán, Mexico, from November 11 to November 25, 2026, in an immersive collaborative environment.
In addition, the program includes an online follow-up module scheduled for February 2027, designed to support the continued development of the selected projects.
The lab is exclusively aimed at fiction feature films in development or rewriting stages, operating as a creative laboratory focused on deepening narrative structure, character development, and the cinematic potential of the screenplay.

The Meet Them! program is an initiative by the Industry Department of the San Sebastián International Film Festival, aimed at bringing together audiovisual professionals from various regions.
