Our MISSION is to discover, promote and give venue to independent filmmakers, not just from the greater New York area, but from other regions of America and abroad. For 34 years, the Long Island Film Festival has presented high quality film programs and has made a major contribution to the Long Island community by promoting films that are entertaining, educational and enhance the general public's understanding of cinema culture and the humanities.
During those 35 years, we have witnessed filmmaking transform itself from a strictly film medium to a highly technological global digital art form with sophisticated software operating on specially configured computers. As a result, there are more filmmakers attempting to break into the film industry. It is those new filmmakers that the Long Island Film Festival seeks to discover.
As an international film festival, World Lens focuses on foreign Indie filmmakers that are producing films that are pieces of their culture and set in economic, social, environmental, and political spheres. It is the commitment of the Long Island Film Festival to bring these films to America and present these perspectives to Long Islanders to enlighten and enhance their understanding of the world around us.
Our online festival is second to none. With thousands of views worldwide including industry personnel and distributors that have access to the site we have he edge over other festivals. The films selected for the online festival will be viewed on www.longislandfilmfestivalonline.org from August 1 - 31 2017. In addition the films will be screened at several venues throughout the year.
Filmfest homochrom is the LGBT festival in Germany’s gay capital Cologne and in Dortmund (the biggest city in the metropolitan area Rhine-Ruhr).
Filmfest homochrom is one of the youngest LGBT film festival in Germany, but it is already one of the biggest, too. That’s why we are giving our best to establish an outstanding programme.
We are very honoured and proud that audiences have heartily embraced our first film festivals, and that we were able to show so many great premieres (about 70% of the films were German premieres in 2014).

India connects with a person's soul. Through music, sciences, art, conversation and people, it's India's soulful nature that catches one’s attention. India is a land that oozes youthfulness. With this theme, the participants are encouraged to capture the energy, vibrancy and the colours of the Indian spirit. Come delve into this aura of the Indian Youth.
India Is Undiscovered
A special point for most photographers who travel into the undiscovered parts of this magnificent country, 'India Is… Undiscovered’ reveals India's rich natural heritage to the world. Through documenting animals or landscapes, here's a theme that can encourage participants and viewers to UNDISCOVERED take a look away from the cities.

NOFI is a multi stage International Festival of New and Original Films. It was founded by the Center of American New Cinema and Arts (CANCA). The preliminary stages take place in Russia, Sweden and Armenia while the final stage is taking place in USA (Los Angeles). Each year an estimated 1000 independent and student films participate in the NOFI festivals from 60 countries. We have representatives in 10 countries including USA, Russia, Sweden, Armenia, Belarus, UK,Belgium, Holland, Arab Emirates and Philippines.
The goal of the NOFI festivals is to find and invite talented film directors to NOFI film studying and producing programs for shooting their films with the help of our sponsors and grants. We then represent, promote and will try to sell the best films from NOFI in the American Film Market, Cannes film market, Amazon, Netflix, Hulu and other markets. Winning films can also participate in NOFI sister’s film festivals in Korea, Poland, Germany, Estonia, Russia and Armenia. The winners from each category and diplomas of honor can have the opportunity to show their films (edited versions) at our NOFI film festival on YouTube channel. The best actors from the best films can join our “Accent” International Talent Management. Also the trailers of the awarded films will be in our web site for years, providing more exposure. Our festival helps expose new and emerging directors and actors. NOFI festivals give them an opportunity to present their names in motion pictures studios and be discovered in the film industry worldwide. NOFI is designed to showcase innovative work by new filmmakers who may (or may not) have been overlooked by other festivals. We organize forums and round tables with filmmakers during the NOFI festivals to understand their needs, help solve common problems with film production and discuss their future projects. Our slogan is- “Indie filmmakers without borders.” Many celebrities and representatives from film studios have attended screenings and award ceremonies of NOFI festivals.
We find ourselves asking what things will be like in fifty years or in a hundred. What will it be like – utopia in matters large and small? How do we deal with change? What motivates us? What influences the decision to implement a change, to help carry it out, or to go with the flow?
The focus of the competition is films which deal with small or large changes – in the private sphere or in the public domain, involving individuals or companies, in the environment, countries or organizations.

Il Dieciminuti Film Festival, è stato ideato nel 2005 dall’Associazione culturale IndieGesta, ed è riuscito a diventare in poco tempo una delle rassegne dedicate al cinema breve più importanti d’Italia.
Il Festival, alle cui prime 19 edizioni hanno partecipato più di 18.000 cortometraggi coinvolgendo quasi 23.000 spettatori complessivi, è strutturato in diverse sezioni competitive: Selezione Ufficiale (per cortometraggi fino a 10 minuti), Extralarge (per cortometraggi tra i 10 e i 15 minuti), Animazioni (per animazioni fino a 10 minuti), Doc10 (per documentari fino a 10 minuti), Music Videoclip (videoclip musicali fino a 10 minuti), Visti da Vicino (per cortometraggi fino a 10 minuti realizzati da autori provenienti dalla provincia di Frosinone).
Alle sezioni competitive, per cui è aperto un bando pubblico diffuso a livello europeo, si affianca la Dieciminuti Academy, una scuola di cinema che porta giovani della nostra provincia a realizzare da zero un cortometraggio di finzione o di animazione. La cosa che rende unico il Festival nel panorama nazionale consiste nell’essere una vera e propria scuola per i giovani che intendono avvicinarsi al mondo del cinema. E’ poi molto apprezzata la Sezione Esplorazioni, che consente agli spettatori di entrare in contatto con la cinematografia breve proveniente ogni anno da un Paese diverso. Lo scorso anno il festival ha ospitato i corti inediti dei maestri dell’animazione giapponese dello Studio Ghibli, diretto da Hayao Miyazaki, i corti del Teheran Film Festival, il cinema magico di Georges Méliès, le avanguardie, Lynch, il cinema breve spagnolo...

Il TIFF mira a dimostrare una forte efficienza nello sviluppo del pubblico (soprattutto verso il pubblico giovane) implementando attività prima, durante e dopo l'evento, tra cui attività annuali e viaggi in altre città con diversi partner più piccoli e festival più piccoli nel paese. Il festival riceve ogni anno da oltre 120 paesi in tutto il mondo migliaia di iscrizioni provenienti da presentazioni online tramite piattaforme online che richiedono la selezione. Il TIFF è un evento cinematografico internazionale il cui obiettivo principale è quello di ampliare il numero di sale e gli orari di proiezione di film europei e non europei di tutti i generi e durate in Albania, nonché è considerato un evento per sviluppare nuovo pubblico in tutto il paese, combinando proiezioni di film con dibattiti pubblici e dibattiti tematici che si avvicinano a un pubblico cinematografico nuovo e crescente e si concentrano anche sull'alfabetizzazione cinematografica.
Il programma giornaliero del TIFF combina più di 200 anteprime di lungometraggi e cortometraggi in concorso in tutti i formati e generi: fiction, documentario, animazione, arte sperimentale e videoarte. 4. SCENEGGIATURA CONTESTIFF
Consiste nell'applicazione di sceneggiature originali di cortometraggi animati e live-action e altre sceneggiature brevi di tutti i generi (max. 20 pagine).
Il suddetto concorso non mirava a valutare solo la migliore sceneggiatura, ma a valutare dai nostri partner, produttori e distributori, la sceneggiatura migliore e possibile da loro prodotta e con le maggiori possibilità di essere distribuita con successo nei più famosi festival internazionali di cortometraggi.
B. PROGRAMMA SPECIALE E PROIEZIONI
Oltre al programma del concorso, il TIFF riserva un ampio spazio ai programmi speciali e alle proiezioni.
1. FOCUS è un programma speciale, basato su un tributo o un omaggio all'autore cinematografico e/o alla filmografia di un determinato paese.
2. RetroSpectiff e TIFF Classics portano al nuovo pubblico i più importanti autori nazionali o internazionali della storia del cinema.
3. IMMAGINA LA TUA VITA, CREA IL FUTURO
Il TIFF continuerà ad avere un ampio spazio al programma speciale KiDS, un programma esclusivo per bambini dai 5 ai 15 anni di età media. Questa iniziativa si presenta come un investimento a lungo termine per aumentare ed educare il futuro pubblico cinematografico con film artistici attraverso progetti acquisiti in Europa creativa per la distribuzione e la promozione di film europei.
4. REFLECTING ALBANIA è il programma più antico del festival, dedicato ai registi stranieri che hanno prodotto i loro film in Albania o in territorio di lingua albanese. FestiffAl è un programma speciale con film selezionati dai partner del festival.

C. NUOVE FUNZIONALITÀ — PROIEZIONI PARALLELE
TIRANA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL ha il piacere di annunciare quattro importanti servizi disponibili per i candidati. Dalla sua nascita nel 2003, il TIFF ha ricevuto oltre 40.000 cortometraggi e lungometraggi da oltre 120 paesi in tutto il mondo. Tra tutte queste candidature, più di 200 film possono essere scelti ogni anno per il programma del concorso. Con questi quattro nuovi servizi, il TIFF offre l'opportunità a molti film di essere proiettati in modi alternativi (TV, online, mercato, programmi speciali) presso un pubblico più ampio ed esperti.
I richiedenti devono opzionalmente presentare una domanda chiara per ciascuno di questi nuovi servizi.

Con i nostri media TV partner offriamo la possibilità ai registi di proiettare i loro film (selezionati per il programma ufficiale competitivo o meno) al pubblico albanese e vincere le giurie televisive e i premi del pubblico.
• TIFF in tour
Il TIFF fungerà da ambasciatore dei film presentati e viaggerà con una selezione in altre città albanesi nel corso dell'anno. Il TIFF proporrà anche proiezioni speciali ad altri festival regionali in base a un argomento o tema specifico di ciascun festival collaborativo.
• Libreria online TIFF
Il TIFF offre la presentazione online di ogni film, in una pagina dedicata, come parte di una cineteca, con tutte le informazioni correlate e con la possibilità di ricevere commenti dal pubblico internazionale di Internet e dall'industria. La proiezione dei film è aperta a chiunque senza costi aggiuntivi. I film saranno disponibili per la visione nella cineteca purché il regista/produttore lo desideri.
• Angolo del mercato TIFF
Il TIFF creerà un angolo di mercato, in cui i potenziali acquirenti potranno guardare tutti i film e fare la loro selezione. Il TIFF fungerà anche da promotore e distributore del festival. In caso di contratto finanziario con un distributore, il TIFF riceverà una commissione del 5%.

L'Ayerbe Film Festival Association lancia questa seconda tappa del «Villa de Ayerbe International Short Film Festival».
Dalla 18a edizione, con nuovi membri nell'organizzazione, vogliamo dare un grande impulso al festival. Oltre alla competizione internazionale, abbiamo creato una nuova sezione dedicata alla scienza e alla ricerca per dare maggiore visibilità all'evento e da questa edizione in poi, i premi si chiamano ora «CAJAL Awards».
Vogliamo continuare con l'idea di collaborazione con le città vicine.
Questa collaborazione si svolge in questo modo: tutti i cortometraggi selezionati possono essere proiettati localmente (collaboratore collaboratore) contemporaneamente allo sviluppo del Festival e i loro voti serviranno per assegnare il premio del pubblico.
