Embracing the medium of short film, Tally Shorts Film Festival is excited to bring a truly unique and independent cinema experience to North Florida with the goal of increasing community awareness and support for film as a cultural and economic asset. In addition to showcasing cinema from around the world, Tally Shorts is dedicated to preserving, nurturing and cultivating local filmmakers by providing an avenue to network, showcase and discuss all aspects of film.
Entrants may submit as many films as they see fit, as long as they are produced between 2021 and 2023.
All films shorter than 20 minutes will be accepted, regardless of their original film or video shooting format.
Films which are not spoken in Spanish must be presented with subtitles in Spanish.
Films' theme is free.
Live action fiction, animation, experimental and documentary films can be submitted.
Submission deadline is Noviembre, 5th, 2023.

That is why, both traditional and innovative approaches in interpretation of perpetual subjects are appreciated, as well as the whole spectrum of different cinematic forms — from silent to experimental.
Any interested person, who agrees with principles and ideas presented in the regulations, can become a participant of the festival, without regard to place of residence, age, color, height, weight, marital status and sexual orientation. The requirement for becoming a participant is a filled-in participant’s entry form and a completed film.
Festival screenings and selection of winners will take place simultaneously in Minsk, other locations in Belarus and on our planet as a whole, in April 2015, gathering more and more people who enjoy watching good films and are not indifferent to the problems of mankind.
The working languages of the festival are English, Belarusian, and Russian.
Participation in the festival is free of any charges.
This festival is dedicated to all directors in particular, regardless their age and background, and to all filmmakers in general.
The purpose of Directors Awards film festival is to promote the craftsmanship of directing to the position and attention it deserves. The assessment of all the performance in the judging process will also be from the director's point of view.

About The Venue
The Secret Theatre is a custom built theatre and rehearsal rooms facility in the heart of LIC’s artist’s quarter. Resident Company The Queens Players and visiting NY theatre companies can comfortably seat 99 people and the space has a flexibility which allows us to produce shows either as thrust, proscenium, transverse or other styles of theatre. There are three separate clean restrooms, a box office, a gallery/foyer, and a dressing room for the artistes. Our second performance and rehearsal room POCO Space also has two dedicated restrooms and is suitable for small and workshop style shows and rehearsals.

The Solidando Film Festival will be held from 7th to 9th December 2018 in the city of Cagliari in Italy.
It is a NO-PROFIT international competitive festival of social short films for the following genres: documentary, fiction or animation exclusively on social themes.
What do we mean by social theme:

FEMCINE was created to discover and support the work done by female filmmakers and to share films with gender-based subjects with a broader audience.
