Caostica is an International Shortfilm an Videoclip Festival that takes place in Bilbao (Basque Country) with these sections: Videozinema (Fiction Shortfilms), Animation and Videoclip (Music Video).
All prizes are given by a professional jury except of Bizarre Prize. Palma Mountain Film Festival (Mallorca) open the 2024 call for entries for the competitive short film section, which aims to promote and publicise short films on mountains sports (mountaineering, expeditions, climbing, caving...), mountain nature and ethnography.
AtEMpOrAl is a festival with an itinerant spirit that takes place annually in various provinces of the country and was born with the purpose of converting Peru as a meeting point for Latin American non-fiction cinema, seeking to generate spaces for training, visibility and reduction of the gender gap in the cinematographic field that is focused on portraying social, political and historical themes told by new aesthetic and narrative forms that commemorate resistance in the region.
In this third edition, AtEMpOrAl will be held online and in person. Having the city of Trujillo as its headquarters and the main theme being centralism in Latin American cities and its migratory effect on the new views and stories of people who inhabit said space.
Trujillo, a city located on the northern coast of Peru, is witness to major migratory and re-evolutionary events with great political significance for Latin America. Starting from this, the festival aims in this 4th edition to dialogue about memory and oblivion. Two antagonistic axes that invite us to think about the cinematography of our continent.
Cortoons Gandia is the International Animated Film Festival of Gandia, organized by Cortoons Festival, the city of Gandia, la Generalitat Valenciana, through the Institut Valenciá de Cultura (Culturarts), and the participation of Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) Campus de Gandia.
In the 2016, after 12 years of great success in Rome, Cortoons international festival of animated films, he moved to Spain in the beautiful town of Gandia in the province of Valencia.
The 20th Cortoons Festival Gandia edition will be a great festival of animated films for professionals, animation film funs and all the general public.

Angus Film Festival presents its 1st edition that will take place in Madrid, on September 26, 27, and 28, 2022. It is a general and competitive festival. Our intention is to promote and give visibility to the talent of filmmakers from all over the world.

The International Horror and Fantasy Film Week of La Costa del Sol is a film festival of the horror and fantasy genre that is held annually. The first edition was held from September 11 to 16, 2000. On that occasion,
the winning film of the Golden Unicorn was The Ring, which was a blockbuster in our country. The edition paid tribute to the British actress Caroline Muro, a fetish actress of horror films, with the screening of the film ‘The howl of the devil’, directed by Paul Naschy, and a ‘tribute to ghosterrorific Cinema’ was made with
the screening of films by Narciso Ibáñez Serrador (La residencia, ¿Quién puede matar a un niño?), Jesús Franco (Gritos en la noche, El Conde Drácula). To this day, editions keep being added, this year the XXV
edition of the Festival is celebrated. This year the short film section is reinvented, being coordinated by Miguel Carrillo.
NIFF is a space for criticism, denunciation, impact and social growth through the dissemination and promotion of cinema.
NIFF aims to be a statement against non-involvement, disregard and lack of commitment, which is the real disease of this century, where we produce more than we can consume, and happiness is subject to the law of supply and demand.
NIFF was born with the intention of triggering, debating the issues that are hidden under appearances and confronting the public with the social realities that show each individual as a part of those that make us complex, unique and human.
In 2024 the festival will take place in Rio de Janeiro and Niterói, and submissions are open for short and feature films on environmental issues and sustainability.
The festival shows annually the best recent films and videos on environmental issues, to create awareness, provoke debate and to widen knowledge and conscience on the need of urgent changes in the behavior of people, governments and companies, in order to preserve the planet. All screenings are free of charge and some films might be screened online, with all security granted and geo-blocked, if necessary.
Molins Film Festival was established in 1973 in Molins de Rei (Barcelona). In November 2024 we will hold the 43rd edition.

MHFF - Molins Horror Film Festival is one of the oldest festivals dedicated solely to horror in Spain and in Europe. The Festival is a member of the Méliès International Festivals Federation (MIFF).
The Benin City Film Festival was launched in November 2018, as a new entity that offers a platform encouraging and promoting the works of local (community based) as well as National, and International emerging filmmakers. It is a cost friendly platform for showcasing these works in an environment where they have access to experienced industry professionals. BCFF is the only independent film festival in Edo State, and the only film festival that takes place in Benin City. BCFF screens premieres of international and national feature films, short films and documentaries on social issues. This year edition, with the theme CREATIVE INDUSTRY BEYOUND THE PANDEMIC is scheduled to take place at Film House Cinema, Benin City.
At least 50% of our festival schedule is dedicated to foreign films, which broadens the film culture experience to all who attend the screenings in Benin City during the festivals duration.
The Benin City Film Festival is a team of people who work effortlessly to deliver a quality service to emerging filmmakers. We will give festival contributors access to some of the Industries most prolific names, both nationally and internationally.
Objectives
The primary objectives of the Festival are to provide a resourceful platform:
1. Where the business and craft of Nigerian films are enhanced and marketed to the film content consuming world by attracting quality film resource persons, buyers and critics from all over Nigeria and around the world to BCFF events every year.
2. for viewing some of the best of feature films, documentaries, shorts, and experimental projects for the entertainment and instructions of attendees and participants at the BCFF annually.
To this end, BCFF is committed to being:
A. A place for dialogues, healthy discussions and trainings to film business and film craft professionals and amateurs in and around the world by ensuring that BCFF is attractive to international film and motion picture contents directors to help enrich festival and participants through insights from their works and about the art of filmmaking
B. A machinery for exposing the ancient City of Benin in particular and the entire Edo State in general to a sustainable long term to a long term patronage of its vast tourism realities and potential to resourceful global creative business and craft audiences.
Finally BCFF is geared towards encouraging co-production relationships in films, TV shows, Documentaries and any other rewarding motion picture content between local players.
Modalities
The film festival pursues these objectives by making local and international visitors at the festival engage in the creative film-making process discussions through symposia seminars, trainings, screenings, content critiques, tourism events and workshops as well as providing quality entertainment (music, local , and sundry other events).
The IV International Devotional Film Festival will take place between August 8 and 11, 2025 and the call for entries will be open until July 5.
The Festival aims to carry out a ritual, a bridge, between the spectators and the audiovisual works that seek, through the expressive possibilities of cinema, to understand reverence and fervor, questioning devotion as a way of being in the world. We understand devotion as a surrender, mystical or not, to an experience, an idea, a thing, a thought, a person, an object, everything is susceptible to devotion.
We clarify, as fundamental, that this festival, under no point of view, will be a participant in any propaganda and that it does not subscribe with any religious or other group.
AZYL SHORTS is a unique event in Slovakia as well as in Central Europe. We create a space for presenting the authors of short films and music videos. Our main goal is not only to carefully prepare the competition itself, but to create a platform which will ensure the promotion of the artists to the professional and general public alike.

There will be screenings of not only the competitive sections of the festival, but also the best shorts from Oscars, Cannes and other well–known film festivals.
Our jurors from V4 countries will be the programmers for the V4 shorts section choosing the best films from their countries.
We are preparing great side events – masterclasses, discussion, film workshop for young filmmakers and of course evening off-program as concerts and parties.
The best movies from the festival will be presented not only in Slovakia, but also at different parts of the world, such as Hungary, Poland or Czech Republic, where the viewers will be able to see the best-ranked movies of the current year – The Best of AZYL 2024.
Part of a series of events and festivals promoting the inland rural areas of Spain. to be screened in the Axarquia region of Andalucia, southern Spain. Our base is the town of Canillas de Aceituno, located 50 minutes from Malaga airport, 25 minutes from the coast, and which sits at 650metres above sea level. Rural Affinity Film Festival is promoting short format films with a rural theme. This year's theme is Exploring within the rural world. Related to Rural travel-Rural adventures-
Rural community experiences. Spanish with English subtitles or English with Spanish subtitles.
The films will be no longer than 45 mins and will have a varied rural theme each of the three evenings of the festival.
There are plenty of facilities in the towns, and accommodation is plentiful.
AMOR International LGBT+ Film Festival is the first international film festival in Santiago of Chile focused on the subject of sexual and gender diversity, of independent and competitive nature. The seventh edition of AMOR Festival will take place from June 27th to July 2nd, 2023, in a hybrid format, with digital and physical screenings and activities specifically at national territory.
As in every edition, the festival is proposed as an inclusive space where the programme invites different sectors of society to approach cinema focused on LGBT+ themes (Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transsexuals and all sexual, identity and gender diversities); a safe space for the community in which they can participate, make visible, identify and share. AMOR Festival has positioned itself as an event of high artistic quality that seeks to exhibit the most interesting and unique national and foreign titles that expose diversity, as well as outstanding films that have won awards at world-renowned festivals; and as a space where programming is structured based on gender equality in competitions and activities, giving visibility to women filmmakers.
Love is totally transverse to any sexuality, so with AMOR Festival we hope to contribute to the inclusion of sexual diversity, to strengthen understanding and to celebrate the visibility of sexualities through the seventh art.
X CortoGijón Festival
The Gijón Short Film Festival arises
in 2015 as a parallel section within the
Aula 18 National Short Film Contest
in the delivery After the disappearance of
