ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:
(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)
(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024
The Twin Tiers International Film Festival is dedicated to finding, promoting and encouraging new filmmakers to showcase their films and let their voices be heard. We will foster an engaging and inspiring atmosphere in an historic setting with small town flair.
We decided to create a festival where feature films would get the recognition they deserve. Too often, film festivals include features as one category, as such they all compete for the same award(s). It is about time to change course on this standard and recognize all the different genres of features so that certain genres will not be overlooked as sometimes they are. We know you have put so much hard work into creating your film and we want to recognize you!
Every film submitted to us will be viewed start to finish and graded by our judging panel of industry professionals. Our goal is to showcase as many films as possible across all film genres of any length. We have a big heart for local film and encourage local filmmakers to submit their work, regardless of experience. We also want to encourage international filmmakers to submit and visit the festival!
We know how hard the festival circuit can be. We are filmmakers ourselves. We want to invite you to our festival which is all about you, the filmmaker. Each filmmaker should feel that they and their work is of the upmost importance. At the festival, we will provide ample networking opportunities for our filmmakers. Also, various workshops will be scheduled to allow you to maximize your festival experience. We love film and we hope you'll love our festival and continue to choose to show your films with us! Submitted films must have been completed after 2017 and 2018 and they must also be Galician. This means they must have been either produced by companies or people from Galicia, directed by a Galician director.
Music videos must be Galician too. It means they must be either related to a song from a Galician musician or directed by a Galician author.
El Festival de Cine de Cisterna es un festival internacional de cortometrajes que se celebra anualmente en julio en Cisterna di Latina, Italia. A lo largo de los años, el festival se ha consolidado como un vibrante punto de encuentro para el cortometraje contemporáneo, que presenta obras destacadas de cineastas emergentes y establecidos de todo el mundo. El festival está organizado por la asociación cultural Mobilitazioni Artistiche y promovido por el Ayuntamiento de Cisterna di Latina, con la dirección artística de Cristian Scardigno.

Situado en el corazón de la capital iraní, Teherán, el Festival Internacional de Cine de Fajr rinde homenaje a las películas nacionales e internacionales de calidad. La asociación con pequeñas organizaciones y centros juveniles de todo el país para utilizar las instalaciones existentes en cada ciudad no solo dará al TIFF un gran impacto nacional, sino que, por otro lado, aumentará el valor de los pequeños eventos en cada ciudad en la que el TIFF estará presente.
El festival recibe anualmente miles de propuestas de más de 120 países de todo el mundo, inscripciones en línea a través de plataformas en línea que solicitan ser seleccionadas. El TIFF es un evento cinematográfico internacional cuyo objetivo principal es ampliar el número de sedes y el tiempo de proyección de películas europeas y no europeas de todos los géneros y duraciones en Albania, y se considera un evento para desarrollar nuevos públicos en todo el país, combinando proyecciones de películas con debates públicos y debates temáticos que aborden la nueva y creciente audiencia cinematográfica y se centren también en la alfabetización cinematográfica.
La programación diaria del TIFF combina más de 200 estrenos de largometrajes y cortometrajes en competición en todos los formatos y géneros: ficción, documental, animación, arte experimental y videoarte. Abierto a cualquier cineasta de todo el mundo, el TIFF presenta nuevos trabajos cinematográficos de directores consagrados con reputación internacional, así como películas de estudiantes talentosos y artistas jóvenes.

4. CONCURSO DE GUIONES TIFF
Consiste en la aplicación de guiones originales de cortometrajes animados y de acción real y otros guiones cortos de todos los géneros (máximo 20 páginas).
Dicho concurso no tenía como objetivo evaluar solo el mejor guion, sino evaluar de la mano de nuestros socios, productores y distribuidores, el mejor y posible guion que produjeran y con las mayores posibilidades de distribuirse con éxito en los festivales internacionales de cortometrajes más populares.
B. PROGRAMA ESPECIAL Y PROYECCIONES
Además del programa de competición, el TIFF reserva un amplio espacio para programas y proyecciones especiales.
1. FOCUS es un programa especial que se basa en un homenaje o homenaje al autor cinematográfico y/o a la filmografía de un país determinado.
2. RetrospectiFF y TIFF Classics acercan al nuevo público a los autores nacionales e internacionales más destacados de la historia del cine.
3. IMAGINA TU VIDA, CREA EL FUTURO
El TIFF seguirá dedicando un amplio espacio al programa especial KidS, un programa exclusivo para niños de 5 a 15 años de edad promedio. Esta iniciativa se presenta como una inversión a largo plazo para atraer y educar al futuro público cinematográfico con películas artísticas a través de proyectos adquiridos en Europa Creativa para la distribución y promoción de películas europeas.
4. REFLECTING ALBANIA es el programa más antiguo del festival, dedicado a los cineastas extranjeros que han producido sus películas en Albania o en territorio de habla albanesa. Festiffal es un programa especial con películas seleccionadas de los socios del festival.

C. NUEVAS FUNCIONES: PROYECCIONES PARALELAS
EL FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE CINE DE TIRANA tiene el placer de anunciar cuatro servicios principales disponibles para los solicitantes. Desde su creación en 2003, el TIFF ha recibido más de 40 000 cortometrajes y largometrajes de más de 120 países de todo el mundo. De todas estas solicitudes, se pueden elegir más de 200 películas cada año para el programa de competición. Con estos cuatro nuevos servicios, el TIFF ofrece la oportunidad de que muchas películas se proyecten de formas alternativas (televisión, en línea, de mercado, programas especiales) ante un público más amplio y con expertos.
Los solicitantes deben solicitar opcionalmente de forma clara cada uno de estos nuevos servicios.

Con nuestros socios de Media TV, ofrecemos a los directores la posibilidad de proyectar sus películas (seleccionadas para el programa competitivo oficial o no) al público albanés y ganar los premios del jurado de televisión y del público.
• TIFF de gira
El TIFF actuará como embajador de las películas presentadas y viajará con una selección a otras ciudades albanesas durante el año. El TIFF también propondrá proyecciones especiales a otros festivales regionales de acuerdo con un tema o tema específico de cada festival colaborativo.
• Biblioteca en línea TIFF
El TIFF ofrece la presentación en línea de cada película, en una página dedicada, como parte de una biblioteca de películas, con toda la información relacionada y con la posibilidad de recibir comentarios de la audiencia internacional de Internet y la industria. La proyección de películas está abierta a cualquier persona sin cargos. Las películas estarán disponibles para su visualización en la biblioteca de películas siempre que el director/productor lo desee.
• Rincón del mercado de TIFF
El TIFF creará un mercado en el que los compradores potenciales podrán ver todas las películas y hacer su selección. El TIFF también actuará como promotor y distribuidor del festival. En caso de contrato financiero con un distribuidor, TIFF recibirá una tarifa del 5%.
