Taratsa is an independent international short film festival based in Thessaloniki, Greece. It began in August 2014, integrated in the framework of “Thessaloniki European Youth Capital”. Its purpose is to create a framework for the promotion of independent short films from Greece and all over the world -by bringing the audience closer to the production and establishing a place and time for the substantial interaction and artistic expression between the creators- as well as to present films that are considered benchmarks in the history of cinema.
HorrorQuest Film Festival is Atlanta's FREE Horror Film Festival. Held each year at Cinefest Film Theatre, located on the Georgia State University campus. All HorrorQuest screenings and events are free and open to the public on a first come, first served, basis. There are no advanced or VIP tickets.
Named one of the "Top 10 Film Festivals Every Filmmaker Should Know About" by Movie Maker Magazine, HorrorQuest has been praised by Filmmakers such as Kevin Smith (Clerks) and Lloyd Kaufman (The Toxic Avenger) for it's business model and ethics.

In addition, as every year, the exhibition "Allucinema" will include a selection of short films out of competition, by the programming team of the festival.

The Central American Film Festival in Vienna has become a firmly rooted tradition, establishing itself as a key cultural event in the city.

This year, the festival returns from November 17 to 22, 2025, with the hope of once again welcoming our loyal audience, who will have the opportunity to enjoy the latest and most outstanding works of Central American cinema.
The program includes the categories of Feature Film, Short Film, Documentary, and Animation, along with several non-competitive parallel sections, including: “Pioneers of Central American Cinema,” “Works in Progress,” “Guest Film,” “Bonus Films,” and “Latin American View,” the latter dedicated to works portraying contemporary life in Latin America. Le Festival du Cinéma d’Amérique centrale à Vienne est devenu une tradition solidement ancrée, s’imposant comme un événement culturel de référence dans la ville.

FIC Multifest est un festival international de films organisé par le Grupo Cortos Verdes Internacional, basé à Guadalajara, l'un des centres de production cinématographique les plus importants d'Amérique latine.

The East Coast Film Festival is an independent film festival for lovers of independent film. The festival is based at the Savoy Hotel on the Lincolnshire coast. Entry for students and Linconshire based films & filmmakers is free! ( proof required )
All film genres are accepted at the East Coast Festival with a focus on low budget independent films. Selected Film makers are invited to attend the screenings and awards ceremony on 3rd September. The selected films will also have the opportunity to be included in The East Coast Anthology DVD compilation which will be available exclusively through the East Coast Film Festival website with all proceeds donated to Starlight Children's charity.

The Delhi International Film Festival Academy Awards is organized in various parts of the world annually, to recognize, honor and encourage excellence in Indian Cinema. The vast cultural and geographical diversities in India contribute to an eclectic and heady mixture of popular and art cinema in every region. Indian Film Industry has always been an amalgamation of Regional and Hindi Film Industry - both thriving uniquely as well as blending beautifully into a symbiotic relationship. Also with this DIFF 2024 is showcased 193 films from more than 58 countries and about 100 works of art displayed at the Art Show. With the focus on African Cinema , DIFF will screen some very interesting films.

Les films qui composent la Sélection officielle participent à plusieurs prix tels que : Prix du public, Meilleur acteur, Meilleure actrice, Meilleur film et Meilleur réalisateur. Pour parvenir à une sélection équitable, 5 membres du Jury sont choisis, composés de personnes liées à l'industrie cinématographique et avec une grande volonté d'évaluer chacun de ces films de manière objective et très professionnelle.
L' objectif de chaque année est de dépasser l'année précédente et de continuer à offrir un espace artistique où la variété et la qualité prédominent dans chaque pièce exposée.

En 1945, l'armée américaine a débarqué dans le sud de l'Italie pour la campagne de « libération » et est soudainement passée par Molfetta, notre ville de base. Au cours de leur séjour, les alliés ont indiqué que certains quartiers étaient « INTERDITS » en raison du « danger social » que représentaient les personnes qui y vivaient. Lors des deux premières éditions, 2013 et 2014, notre festival s'est déroulé sur deux places, Piazza San Michele et Piazza delle Erbe, à proximité des zones encore considérées par beaucoup comme « interdites », à Molfetta.
L'événement cinématographique « Out Of Bounds » est organisé par des cinéastes et vise à donner du pouvoir aux meilleurs artistes indépendants et à encourager tous les aspects de la production de films indépendants. Nous recherchons l'original, l'insolite, l'underground, l'intuitif, l'innovant et le vrai.
Les éditions suivantes ont eu lieu dans le cloître de l'église de San Domenico, dans la zone portuaire de la ville et dans l'ancienne arène du château de Barletta, un lieu médiéval historique et évocateur, ainsi qu'à la citadelle des artistes de Molfetta.
Les sections spéciales choisies pour cette édition sont « Courts métrages sur le sport en tant qu'outil de dialogue et de paix » et « Courts métrages sur l'égalité des sexes, même ceux réalisés par un réalisateur masculin » (INTERNATIONAL ET NATIONAL).
Il n'y a pas de frais d'inscription pour les courts métrages d'Iran, de Palestine, d'Ukraine ou d'un État en situation politique critique.
