The AVIFF Festival presents a program of films by Artists in Cannes during the period of the Cannes Film Festival 4 days in May.
The concept: show another "cinema" and present audiovisual works to an audience of festival-goers and professionals.
The works selected must have been produced by Artists for less than 2 years and have never been presented in France before.
The program presented in Cannes will then be programmed during the year in partner places of education and culture: Festivals, museums, Center of Contemporary Arts, Foundations, Universities, schools... and this in the world, in Europe and in France.
With the support of the Ministry of Culture, the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur Region, the Angel Orensanz Foundation in New York and private and public partners, the AVIFF Festival has been working for 13 years to promote the Artist's film and its dissemination, in favor of worldwide artistic freedom and the expression of one's creativity.

Welcome to the Radical Frame Film - 2025 Short Film Series - Berlin
We at the Radical Frame Film Festival are proud to announce edition number eleven of Short Film
Series.
The idea for the Radical Frame Film Festival started years ago when a group of Denver activists,
artists, and friends decided to bring the messages of video activist cinema into the public eye.
We feel that due to the current social and political climate, both locally and globally, our mission
-- to provide a forum for thought provoking films and debates -- is more critical than ever.

visionary films that address issues including, but not limited to, the environment, human rights,
social injustice, antiglobalization, etc...
The Radical Frame Film Festival showcases every genre of independent film from across the world during this incredible bi-continental celebration of independent artists.
The Radical Frame Film Festival is a forum where filmmakers can thrive outside the mainstream arena.
The Short Film Series turns the spotlight on truly independent short films, created by new and
established filmmakers. The purpose is to allow anyone regardless of country, to step to their dreams and start taking the steps to live life with passion and purpose.

This year will be looking for answers to the following and to raise a few more question.
What do our audiences really want Film Festivals to be?
What do filmmakers really want from Festivals these days?
Very few can be markets or premieres, even publicity machines. How can we deepen the utility of festivals for the creative community?
Festivals deliver intelligent and engaged audiences to the films. Can we deepen the relationship between the fans and the creators?
How do we utilize cinema’s power to activate?
Can we work together so that films gain better momentum festival to festival and unleash the power of the combined festival community in some way?
Are we utilizing the strength of the festivals as an information gathering and dissemination tool as fully as we might?
What information is not being gathered when we collect films and crowds and can we change that?
This is the data age. Are we embracing transparency as fully as we might?
As trusted curators of this colossal heap of cinema culture, how do we really make a difference on a long term basis?
Is a short burst of guidance enough?
Growth requires consistency and do we provide that?
We are the filter, the trusted source. Film festivals are discovery platform for films that might otherwise be ignored. How to carry that over to the online environment?
How do we transform young people into loyal cinema lovers?
We are losing the youth. Can we stem the tide?
